Item works as described. The various handles provide different types of support.

I want to give this a higher star rating, but I haven't been able to make it work. I get the strap tightened, so it feels almost too tight to snap together around the intended person, without pinching, but when I try to use the outer handles to lift, the belt is loose and slides up too much. I'm worried about tightening it much more because it's already a tight squeeze to snap it. It does seem to me made well and durable though. It arrived in a timely manner.

Good product. I bought it to help my 13-year-old lab get up. He has issues with his back legs. It did not work well for him, but overall would be beneficial for a human.
