Yippee
I wish I had know about this years ago. There is not one part of it I would change. Clearly the easiest way to get clean. The silicone beaded attachment is a great plus. Based on other reviews here are my observations: Everything was very easy to install even though i already have a dual shower head.I used plumbing tape which i had already so i dint know if it was really needed since the washers seem to work very effectively. The bi pass shut off / diverter valve is metal and substantial. I see no reason it should not last. It may be an improved item since other reviewers were dissatisfied. The 6 ft. hose is high quality and the fitting are metal and fit well. The enema attachment are are great and change out easily by hand. Based on reviews I also purchased the shower mount LDR 2433C and a shut of valve KES1140B. The wall mount is chrome on plastic. it is ok and work as expected to keep the hose from hanging loose. The shut off valve was installed on the end of the hose. This enables you to control the volume and pressure at the attachment not behind the shower head. this makes the whole process easy. makes me wonder if a simple tee instead of a divert er would not be easier still. Net net well built quality piece that is a daily satisfaction.

Effective No Chemical Alternative
I use this product with the small nozzle for chronic constipation due to prescription drug use. This is a gentle way to get things moving without chemical drugs. There are many other uses than can be used for but I only use the one described. It is well constructed. With the wear and tear you will need to replace the washers but worth the price for continued use. They van be purchased at the local hardware. The water flow is directed at a flip of a switch. You should purchase some Teflon tape because metal on metal connection for a better fit without leaks.

The Common Sense Review
I have to say, I haven't had any issues yet. I've had it for a month or two now and used it many times. After reading other reviews of this item, I see where others have gone wrong and made it my strength.1. Installation - go get some plumbers tape. Its $2, will stop leaking, and make sure your ends connect tightly. Be sure to put this tape on all male ends to be screwed.2. It comes with a valve already to regulate flow.3. Understand your anatomy and your home plumbing! You're inserting into your anus, which opens into the rectal vault, then CURVES into the sigmoid colon and finally into the descending colon, curves into the transverse colon and finally curves again into the ascending colon. Notice how many curves there are! High pressure is NOT needed!! You will blow your rectum out through your nose trying to get a large volume of water, at high pressure, to relieve yourself. Aside from the pain your sphincter will give you in return. SO, be mindful how many times you turn the knob (I've had success with a quarter turn of cold water knob and forgo using the hot) and watch the rate at which the valve is letting water escape. This will also keep you from putting too much pressure on the plumbing and tubing, and ultimately your insides. Now that you are educated, please use your common sense.4. Now that you're educated, the black ribbed wand is great for getting up to that first curve at the sigmoid. This doesn't mean you can blast away! It simply means you can go a little further.5. Start off with low pressure (increase with comfort via your valve), low volume (you DO NOT need the hot and cold water knobs turned all the way over) and Happy Evacuation!

High-quality and as advertised.
All parts were included, setup was simple and direct.I would have given it 5 stars if:1) a roll of 1/2 inch teflon tape had been included, since this is needed on all the threaded connections to prevent leaks (I already had some and used it), and2) there had been some mention of flow restrictors, such as "if your shower head is using a flow restrictor and it can easily be removed, it is recommended that it be installed on the inlet to the valve, since there is no good reason to have maximum water pressure through the enema device."A good company to deal with.

I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about having fresh and clean anal sex. Regular enemas have to be refilled and used a few times before you can be satisfied, with this results are quickly and effortlessly. Its easy to install, use, and clean. Use only room temperature or lukewarm water and set it to low, most importantly, if your new go gentle till you get the hang of it.

A fantastic item - remember to use some teflon tape on the threads when installing, to eliminate leaks (as is true with any plumbing fixtures).Does the job extremely well, and is soooo enjoyable in the process - very comfortable, and the knobbed shape of the rubber wand keep it in place without needing to hold it, while being small enough to easily slide in or out.Makes showertime very pleasurable and anticipated.

Cheap plastic
Purchased this system in hopes of it coming with a better quality on/off valve and was disappointed to find another cheap plastic valve with metal casing. Even lever to adjust the valve is plastic and seems as though it could break at any moment. Giving it the benefit of the doubt I chose not to return and went ahead and installed everything only to find the valve doesn't close tight enough to make a seal and water runs (slowly) out of the line each time the shower head is turned on. For the price of this item I would expect the quality to be substantially better.
