Instructions not so good
I got the passenger side one for $130, so it was a real bargain, or perhaps cost what it should. I don't understand why all of these from everyone cost so much. The instructions were not so great as reported elsewhere. I had to guess how the linkage assembly goes on the frame mount and, of course, my guess was 180 degrees off so I had to disassemble it and try again. Oddly, they tell you that you must have a 20mm socket, which I lack, so I ordered an impact deep set that had one since I lack an impact deep set. Oh well, no need for a 20mm socket. All that said, once it was on, it works well, though it was a tight squeeze between the little mud guard on the front of the wheel well and the step on my 2021 F150. I would have preferred the step to go further back, but don't want to make cuts to trim pieces. I am 6'2" and have the 4x4 F150. I cannot touch the bottom of the bed in the middle. I can only reach the bottom about 1/3 of the way in. It is a big help, but it would be nice if it were higher to extend my reach. Overall, a decent product that would be helped with a little work on the instructions. A drawing that clearly shows how the two pieces go together would have saved me some time and prevented mumbling bad words under the truck.

Bestop or AMP Research - tried one of each - one didn't make the cut.
Purchased this as a Used item from Amazon (damaged box, but all parts present). Only one "used" step available and I really wanted a step on both sides of the truck. Thus, I also purchased the AMP Research Bed Step 2 a couple days later. This item was also Used (damaged box, all parts present). This Bestop step is side of truck specific while the AMP product can be attached to either side. 1 strike against the Bestop. While the AMP product arrived without the installation instructions, I was able to do a quick internet search and download the instructions from the AMP website. The Bestop instructions were in the box. However, and I know this is a slightly minor point, the instructions gave the incorrect sizes for the several of the sockets and wrench needed. Minor, yes. But, it is a pain to have to lay down under the truck with the tools listed only to have to get back up and go get the correct sizes several times as you get to different bolts. Strike 2.The final fatal flaw for the Bestop is that it wouldn't fit without having to drill a couple of new holes in the stabilizer arms. While I could have decided to drill a couple of holes so I could get the arms to fit, I also noted that once those arms would have been attached, the fuel line would have been right up against the metal edge of the arm. OK when it is standing still but no so good over time as the truck roles down the road and the rubber to metal contact would be subject to the road vibrations customary in vehicle travel. Strike 3.In practical terms, while the Bestop step looks pretty good and has a non-slip metal step, and it might work ok with a few modifications, I wouldn't get it for the driver side of your F-350. Unless you like to have to reroute your fuel line. The other option is to spend just a couple bucks more and get the AMP Research Bed Step 2. The stabilizer arm for it goes over to the bed mount rather than the bed rail, where the fuel line is attached.

Quality step!
Nice step! Quality is excellent! Had the bumper step since truck was new, found myself climbing in bed to get things from the front of bed! With the bed step i can reach my toolboxes from the side! Works great. I can also reach cargo rack instead of standing on tire or bed rail! Install was easy. Going to order driver side!

Step is okay, but needed modification for my truck
If you are considering buying this step look first at the installation instructions. If your truck requires you to use the "Locking Block" you are going to be in for some problems. Based on my experience this locking block is a completely useless component. In order for the step to have lateral stability it uses a side bracket that in some cases is bolted to the body or frame of the truck. The stopping block is some genius engineer's idea of how to anchor the side bracket if there is no handy place to bolt it. It does NOT work. In my application (2015 Silverado 2500HD with 6.5 ft bed) I was supposed to clamp it to the side of the bed support bracket (page 7, step 8 of the instructions). I tightened it as much as I could, and installed the side bracket as instructed. As soon as I tested the step the locking block detached causing the step to swing to the side. I weigh 235 lbs and this step is supposed to support 400 lbs, so I doubt I overloaded it. Since I had put as much torque on the locking block as I knew I could muster, I decided to not give it another chance. I designed my own solution, see the photo below. I used a piece of angle steel to make a bracket that attached to the second bed mounting bolt. This is the kind of secure anchor the side bracket needs. The manufacturers should take note of my solution.Another thing the instructions said to do that I did not like was to remove the fender bracket (page 5, step 1). The instructions say that this part applies to 2007 to 2013HD models and 2014 models. My truck has the same bracket, and there were no instructions about what I was to do with it, so I knocked out the nut in the part of the bracket that attaches to the frame, and put the new bolt for the step though the fender bracket, thus keeping the fender bracket installed. I imagine that removing it might cause the fender to bang against the frame. Chevy must have had a reason to put it there.
