This was the best 2k I have spent in a long time. I work from home and work from this. I plug in my phone to charge and laptop into the socket to charge. The lights really light up the area. We spent time looking for seat covers and found this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1ZX5X4T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The sides cover the arms but you can easily remove it or fold it down. It's really no biggie. I'm very happy with the quality of this seat. I use it everyday for over 1 year and so far so good. The wireless charging area is only for smaller phones so i can't use it. But i bought a USB charging station and plug that into couch instead. That's my only complaint which i found a workaround for.

Great value- Delivery was easy and the service was white glove all the way! Product is well made. The only drawback is the wireless charger it shows charging but it doesn't charge well. and not a lot of room to actually put your phone down on the pad. The functionality of the seats are good and go back far enough to be relaxing. Overall I would recommend this item to anyone looking to add to any home theatre or even to your living room.

I really like this reclining sofa, but only 11 days after delivery, the power box (junction box?) and surrounding frame in the middle seat separated from the console. Let me start from the beginning. The middle seat folds down to become a console/table between the two recliners on both ends of the sofa. In that table is a wireless phone charger and an outlet that is fed from a plug in the back of the sofa. The middle seat wasn't plugged in and remained unused until today when I had an extension cord long enough to power the unit. Imagine my disappointment when my husband opened it up to show our friends this amazing new sofa and the power box completely separates from the console through no fault of our own. Pretty frustrating to be paying $2,000 for a piece of furniture to fall apart on you.I should have known better than to order furniture from Amazon. Even before discovering this flaw, the delivery had it's own set of issues. When viewing the sofa and before adding to cart, delivery options were offered such as inside entryway to white glove service of unpacking and setting up the sofa at no additional cost. This is one of the reasons why I clicked submit on the order. However, on delivery day, the delivery company showed up hours early and didn't acknowledge the schedule that Amazon let me choose. Okay, fine. They were a third party company who probably didn't get the memo. Luckily I was working from home that day. Then the delivery company denied that it was an inside-entryway delivery. They even showed me their delivery papers and nowhere on there mentioned Amazon's offer of delivering inside the entryway. The delivery company just dropped it off outside my doorstep, leaving me to figure out how to get it inside while my husband was at work.After spending 45 minutes with Amazon customer service, the agent I was speaking with confirmed that inside-entryway and white glove delivery were offered, but he couldn't figure out why there was no follow through after submitting the order.The lesson I learned from this experience is to never buy furniture from Amazon. Amazon is great for small household items, but leave the big stuff to the brick and mortar professionals with clear delivery options and better support.

This couch was just as advertised. Only had a few days so far. But, this thing is awesome!

This Couch is less than 65 days old once delivered. No kids, no pets and is de laminating all ready..I would really appreciate this company to make things right ! A very unhappy customer !Watch for updates !

It's a great couch. Be aware is not real genuine leather. It has several outlets and storage.
