I will start with the negatives of this cute box. It makes a pop sound when your push the little push button to open the box. I would like to be more discrete but no issues really. When closing it, you need to remember to push the button back in or the box won't shut or lock and again it makes a bit of a popping sound when it opens or locks shut and the hinge is not lined perfectly but works fine at this point. Thinner, cheap metal but hey it works. I worry about forgetting about pushing the button in fully to close and lock the lid when I am busy at work or on my lunch break. The pockets are deep so you can hold more in each compartment but it is also a pain sometimes trying to dig your nails in to grab a pill. (I'm a nurse, I don't have nails). There has been times I've had to turn it upside down and dump all the medication out to get 1 pill. Annoying, but doesn't happen every time. They include a cute and tiny little mirror but I think it's more for the aesthetics and look. Overall, I really needed a small medication box for work and this fits the bill. It is a bit thick and clunky although the diameter is perfect and it is very lightweight. My main concern is worrying about losing medication from the lid opening (it is a cheap box) but so far so good. I hope to at least get a few months use from it. I will update. The medication box is quite beautiful although even at the price I paid, I think it should be priced a few bucks cheaper. I would still purchase it again.

I wanted a cute pill case so I don’t have to lug around so many pill bottles every day and so that I can portion out a few days at a time. I also didn’t want anything to medical looking as I’m still young. It’s the perfect size to fit in my purse or pocket. Only didn’t give it 5 stars because my smallest pill does switch compartments sometimes because the dividers don’t reach the lid. Also it’s not drop proof. I’ve dropped it twice and had my pills scatter.

The 3 little spots for pills are big enough to hold large capsules and each spot is fairly deep too. I love it!

This is the sweetest thing. When I first saw this, I thought, you don't need that! Then I told myself, I do too!! For YEARS I have carried an extra set of my evening meds around in a zip lock bag in the bottom of my purse, just in case. Yes, it works but why do we do that to ourselves? I was always so afraid they would spill in my purse and I'd be trying to find them in the dark. Then one day I was looking for a new pill organizer to hold two weeks worth of medications and I came across this little gem. This is so sweet! Only me and the God above know what is in here and I like it that way! No more seeing through ziplock bags. All of my evening meds (28 pills) fit into these 3 divided compartments. I know them so well, I don't need to keep them separate but if I did, this would do the trick. I do have 3 medications (6 pills) that I hold out from my evening meds, put them back into this little container, and take them in the morning, and that works just as well for this too. If I needed to keep them in the three separate containers, I'm pretty sure that would work well too (just haven't had a need). I have not had one problem with the container opening on it's own or the pills getting wet or anything like that. And the pretty picture on top looks so much better too! It was such a small splurge and it brings me a little joy everytime I get to use it or see it in my purse. Who doesn't need a little more joy?

It's a cute little case. The size makes it suitable for multiple medications or doses with it divided in 3 sections. It's a little bulky but as I carry it in my apron it isnt a problem. I have carried it in jean pockets but only my loose fitting ones so it's not as obvious. Skinny or tight fitting jeans will definitely show the case. It also carries well in a purse, I've never had it accidentally open when I carry it like that (and I have a lot in my purse bumping against it! Lol) and it's also never opened while in my pocket or apron.I have a medication I have to take 3 times a day plus another one twice. This allows me to keep my medicine on me so I can simply go to restroom and take it at work or when out. It's so much more discreet and convenient then having to go to my purse where people might see me. I'm not embarrassed to take my medication but that doesn't mean I want my coworkers and/or strangers knowing all my business :)I'm very happy with the purchuse. I've had it since August and so far no problems at all. I also love the picture on the case!

The spring mechanism that opened and closed case began to be crooked/problematic, it seems it is simply cheap quality. Won't last forever or endure heavy use. But cute case, good amount of room inside for pills or jewelry or whatever.

I have several of these pill boxes one for melatonin that I keep in the living room and two in my purse. The pill boxes stay shut and hold enough pills to be practical. Highly recommend

Great size, closes securely and very pretty. I carry one in my purse and one discreetly on my coffee table. Well worth the price and I highly recommend.
