There was nothing wrong with the pompoms, they were typical and as easy to put together as any other tissue paper flowers. Ordering them like this definitely saved me time compared to what I usually do, which is making them myself. However, they were not the size advertised. In the description I should have received 5 of each 10", 8", 6", and 4". While I did receive 20 pieces, they were 8", 6", and 4". The 10" were to be used for centerpieces but I had to use the 8" which just looked sad, so instead of hanging the rest I used them to fill in the rest of the space on the doilies. They would have been fine if they'd been the correct size.

The colors are very pretty. However this comes totally unassembled. You have to separate all of the tissue pieces and roll each individual square into the tassel shape. You also have to make sure that the tissue is pre- cut when you are rolling or else the whole thing gets screwed up. Some of the pieces weren’t cut all the way through so I had to cut them again. After rolling and folding, you have to twisty tie the edges so they don’t fall apart. Some of the twisty ties were missing so I had to use string to finish the tassels off. Then you string them together on a long string. It’s not hard but it is tedious and annoying work.

Only posted one star because I had to choose something. Terrible product, does not work or assemble at all, directions make zero sense and we will literally unable to use this product at a baby shower. It's junky tissue paper at best. I don't like being mean but this was really not a good purchase and was a waste of my money.

There is a little learning curve for making these. Do a large one first to learn. I thought a small one would be easiest so I started with a small one. But small ones are the most difficult. The small ones do look just like a carnation! Overall was happy with the product. Don’t wait til the day of your party to assemble these!

I guess you get what you pay for with this. Unless you have tons of time and are very crafty, these are a pain in the arse. No amount of fluffing or pulling apart made these into ball shapes....the directions are a disaster. I have a Master's degree and was a CEO. Neither I nor my two teenage kids could fully understand what we were supposed to do.

Exactly what I expected. Just know, in case you have never bought tissue Pom Poms before, that these come ‘unassembled’ - meaning that they are cut and folded pieces of tissue paper with ribbon wrapped around them, and you have to pull the sheets of tissue paper apart and fan them out. Figure on it taking about 5 minutes for each Pom Pom.
