We did not get a sandpaper cleaning sheet.  Can I use a sheet of fine sandpaper?  How often should it be cleaned?

Cleaning frequency really depends on usage, but we recommend you clean your Drytomita every 2-3 weeks to ensure the best functionality of the product.

You can use a 400 grit sandpaper to lightly sand away stains in order to refresh your Drytomita's appearance.

Can eight go into a sauna how much he can it take

Hi! Our bath mat was developed to absorb water and moisture but keep in mind that was meant for a regular house bathroom, so probably will be necessary to leave the mat standing vertically once per day in a well ventilated area to keep them in tip top shape. More info in our website.

I've had my mat since march and it's now warped and no longer flush with the floor. is this normal/is there something i can do to fix it? thank you!
