I’m not the best person to assemble anything but these are ridiculously easy to put up. I can’t speak to how effective they are because the sun hasn’t come up just yet. I wanted to leave a comment though about the ease and ability to transport these. They seem amazing and I’ll be taking them on vacation next week pending that they do keep the sunlight out. I’d buy them again. Great product!

Love this product. I work graveyard so I need to blackout my windows in the bedroom. This product is perfect. It completely blocks the light & when I want light I just take them down. They go up & come off very easily.

Now that I have it up, it looks great. However, I don't have the ease of putting it up and taking it down I was hoping for. I have to invest on velcro discs (an extra $10 purchase and a project for later).1 star off for Customers claiming it comes with VELCRO. 1 star off for the Company NOT confirming that it does NOT come with VELCRO. It is a disc like wafer and sticky on both sides that you mash the material onto. Had I have known it didn't come with velcro beforehand, I would given it a 4 star rating and high praise. Whether or not I would have bought it, that's a good question.Material is great for what it does. Now I'm thinking of trimming the material to the exact size of the glass portion of the window, blocking out the sun and still have ability to open and shut without removing the material.

The product itself is easy to use and blocks light completely. However, we placed this behind the blinds (we already had them but realized we needed her room darker) in my daughters nursery. I finally got around to switching out her curtains to blackout curtains so I was taking down this product and realized our blinds were warped and stained a brownish/yellow. I remember the product smelling really bad the first couple days and I thought it was because they were new. However, I realized it was causing the window to be so hot that it burned by blinds and all I can think about is what would have happened if they caught fire next to my daughters crib. If you use the product, ensure it’s not near anything flammable.

Super easy instal- 10 minutes. My concern was if it made the interior warm (as someone mentioned here). It doesn't at all! Feels maybe a little warm if you place your hand on the window, but gives off 0 heat! Dark as the bat cave, and has stayed stuck!

What a bang for your buck! Extremely easy to cut, very light weight and absolute darkness when exposed to light. I would recommend leaving a half an inch on each side for maximum results.

My husband needed his office to be completely dark for work and this was the perfect solution. I’ve used Clear Velcro to install it and the material is very lightweight.

Got this for my daycare room- it already had blackout curtains but the light still managed to get through. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on blinds so I found this! It works amazingly, and is so easy to install. I can put them up and take them down once a day without any problem. They don’t lose their adhesiveness and stay up very well! The room is also pitch black now- highly recommend!

Sehr dünn aber ziemlich reißfest, macht was es soll. Einen Punkt Abzug weil es ziemlich viele Verpackungsfalten hat die nicht besonders gut aussehen

Ottimo e facile montaggio per questo oscurante, io l'ho montato su un vasistas sul tetto, è perfetto per fare buio totale.
