Not only does this heating pad feel nice for back pain, but it also just is nice to use when you're cold. It's easy to just warm up a bit in the microwave and attach on your back. I chose this particular heating pad because of the velcro around the waist. Very convenient and nice.

I absolutely love it. It's a bit heavy, but it has helped me so much. Smells a bit strong when warm of all the Herbs, I highly recommend for relaxation

Great for pain relief and perfect size for neck and shoulders. It's heavy enough that it stays in place and only takes 3 mins in the microwave. It has a lavender scent that I know over time will fade but I have no problem getting another one when that wears out.

I loved this heating pack, but after heating it up I noticed areas that had started to brown on the outside. After using it a handful of times it actually started to catch on fire and smoke in the microwave. Be very cautious when using this.

The lavender smell is kind od overwhelming and not so pleasant.

No te arrepentiras de esta compra, yo siempre hacia mis almohadillas caseras con arroz y calcetines y funcionan bien, pero traer esta cosa que abarca toda la espalda o abdomen, es genial y la temperatura dura por unos 20 min, me encanta el olor de las semillas con lavanda, ojo es calor húmedo así que si la usas muy caliente es como si estuvieras sudando.

Very easy to heat up , not extensively hot or not hot long enough.

It’s okay, has a nice smell. Unfortunately the Velcro is a bit scratchy and the sound to open it is excruciating when you have a migraine. I would prefer if goes a bit lower at the back too.
