These work great for my workouts. No more chafing. They stay on and I sweat a lot. Even when wet after pouring water on me.

Currently training for my first 12k marathon and noticed my shirts start to make my nipples super senstive and painful! I was looking for a solution and came across these. They work very well and are very comfortable. Before I purchased I was reading reveiws and had seen one that said "I forgot they were on and wore them in the shower and was drying off before I even noticed them". Well, same thing here. Got done running and totally forgot they were on until about 3 hours later even after a shower. They are the pefect sticky to hold on but not painfull to take them off. These are game changer if you are running or any kind of sport that may cause nipple sensitivity. Highly reccomend.

After experiencing chafing during a 1/2 marathon, I looked for a product that would help prevent it. In late October, I ran my first marathon using these to protect my nips. They worked great! I definitely will be using them going forward.

Heavy sweater here. Been working out and I started getting chaffed nips. I started using bandaids but my skin started getting irritated by the adhesive the bandaids have. I bought these to try and I’m glad to say they work. I was skeptical because they look super thin and flimsy. They stay on and work.

Do not work! 2 different people in home tried these, followed directions and they wouldn’t adhere to skin. They don’t stick and they will not accept your return for not working.

Solves a little but painful problem. Stats put even during long vigorous runs.

This past weekend I had a very very sweaty 13 mile run and these did not fail in the slightest.They stayed exactly where I set them and didn't move.I got the larger ones and if you can cover your nips with a nickel, these will do the trick!I have to be careful putting them on to get a good seal and not trap any hair. But once they are on, they aren't going anywhere. However, true to their instructions, under running water like a shower, they come off super easily with no pain.These things are like magic!

I bought another brands version of these that would immediately fall off as soon as I started to sweat. With these I've gone on long runs in high humidity where they held on without issues!
