I bought these string lights in January 2021. They were plugged in and lit 24/7, no breaks, until the day they died in May 2024, and I am pretty sure that I was the one who broke the plug connection by smashing it with something heavy rather than the product failing. They outlasted about 6 other sets of string lights getting a lot less use (3-7 hours daily rather than 24). Yes, they're SMALL lights and the wire connecting them is thin and easily tangled, and they're simple with no fancy controls or apps. But they have a nice, warm and cozy light and the thin wire means that they make lovely natural garland shapes if you hang them in sections. I get compliments on them all the time. And they are very durable and reliable, I certainly wasn't taking good care of them and never broke them like I have many other lights. They also don't heat up like other lights so they seem very safe to leave alone or to hang around art and textiles. If you're looking for a steady long term relationship with a simple string light providing beautiful ambiance, these are the ones. I'm certainly buying again.

Love the warm tone of the lights. They are durable, light weight and last sooo long. I use them ALL the time, and I ordered then in 2021. That's 3 years ago, and they're still going strong. Highly recommend them!

Ok first off, I had no idea why I got these lights in the first place. Lol. I mean it was "pricey" compared to other string light sets, almost $7 difference. But I got them regardless. And it was 2.5 stars rating reviews at the time. It was rather risky to buy. Turned out, it was one of those good purchases.The string set makes my new place look better and the warm light doesn't hurt your eyes at all. This would look great for Christmas decorations as well.It also have 8 different effects, which are more than enough for casual use.These effect orders are also etched on the back of the power supply, in case you're lost.I bought 2 more sets just for 2 different parts of my room. Worth every penny since the power supply looks decent than other products, I compared.I tend to put these lights near cloths, I need to be sure I can trust them when turned on. So far, nothing gets burned.This is not battery operated, you have to plug in. To be honest, I'd rather plug in than burning through batteries after a week.I'd recommend you to plug in first when you unbox the unit, that way you could check if it's working, or if there's anything malfunction before you go nuts on decorating. This is 49 feet, it could get tangled up easily once you started.The bulbs are plastic, but very sturdy! I dropped some heavy boxes on them, and even stepped on them once, they were fine. My feet hurt a little though. Lol.Very low voltage so it doesn't generate any heat.If I redo the parts at each connections, I believe I could use the set outdoor, since then it will be waterproof. But that seems to be a lot of work. Lol. So for now, I'm happy to use them indoor.#Update:After 2 years and 2 more moves, all my string sets still work fine. I use one set to decorate my hall tree in the new apartment. I'd grab more of these in the future and I'm happy this product has the 5-star it deserved.

These are great lights, but there is no remote control. So I have to get up and plug them in or unplug them. I used them on a wall in my bedroom and they provide a nice romantic light, but it’s too much to sleep with them on, and I’m annoyed I have to get up and unplug them. So I don’t turn them on everyday.

I think these lights would better serve outdoors on my balcony. They are larger than I thought they would be and too bright for my bedroom. I was hoping they would be more like the small fairy lights. When plugging them in, they blink automatically. There is a small button that you push down on the adapter that plugs into the wall which is not that easy to figure out. I can't say I'm disappointed completely. They are good. It's not the manufacturer's fault. It was my uneducated judgment and not the right choice for a little bit of ambience that I was looking for.I will keep these and my daughter, with whom I live, and I will decide what to do with them. Maybe string them along the staircase. Of course, that's my taste and someone else might absolutely be in love with the brightness. I hope this helps.

These lights are AMAZING. I used it to line my staircase for a special occasion. Right out of the box they are very easy to unwrap and simple to use. The lights have a few different settings, all of which give a different vibe or feeling. BEST PART how long these lights are. True to the name, it is 33 feet long and you can line a living-room or bedroom with this thing. The emitted light is more of a warm, yet slightly white, light. So don't intend to use these lights to read under. I recommend using them to set a mood or just to relax under. Last thing, and most important thing I love about this product, the actual individual bulb casing is a very strong thick plastic. You don't need to be nervous or delicate/gentle-handed when using or setting up these lights.

The media could not be loaded. These lights are extremely long lasting, inexpensive, cute and will be purchased again!

Nice lights but they started to fade about 9 months in and then completely stopped working about a year in. Also any lights that were near my kitchen stopped working I’m guessing the heat from the stove/oven? avoid your kitchen or being near heat.
