The fixture is great and the quality we expected from Moen.Original review: We opened this package immediately when it arrived. As my son was looking through the box, he pulled out a Phillips head screwdriver. We've purchased Moen products before, and they have never come with common tools, so I thought it was odd. I took it from him and noticed that the tip of the screwdriver looked used and dirty. I pulled the rest of the contents out of the box to find that the backer plate for the faucet handle, along with the chrome pipe that holds the shower head, and the bag of screws and other hardware was all missing. It was as if someone rifled through the box, grabbed what they needed, sealed it back up (dropped their screwdriver in for good measure), and shipped it back. I will update this review once we receive the replacement.

Customer was super happy with the product

I do not like how it sticks out over an inch away from the plate. The plumber installed it correctly. Moen customer service says it was installed correctly and the fact that it is sticking out is acceptable. I think it looks awful. All the ads, displays and product install papers show it flush with the plate. That is how it should look after installed. If you google search images “moen faucet sticks out too far” you’ll find many other unhappy customers. Everyone that comes over comments that my plumber didn’t install it correctly. Unfortunately this has been a common problem with moen and I was not aware until now. I have spent hundreds on the faucets and install to have something I don’t like. It’s an awful feeling.

The product looks nice with my bathroom, however the water pressure is very low from the shower head. A little disappointing given the price.

This set is lovely looking, but I do have an issue in that it doesn’t seem like the faucet handle (hot to cold) can be fully tightened and no matter what we do it is still wiggly.
