Saucony Men's Cohesion 10 Running Shoe

Saucony has always been a great runner's shoe. For years, they were very expensive, usually over $100. Too many shoes these days have plastic soles which allow you to slip on wet surfaces. I have purchased these Saucony shoes multiple times now. They have rubber soles, which will give a great grip on wet surfaces. They have good arch support, and you can't beat the price. I have found them multiple times on Amazon for only about $35. That's the price you would pay for cheap shoes. This is an excellent shoe, even if the price were higher.

Durable, good fit, grip well. These shoes do not hurt my feet when I do tons of walking or running on all sorts of surfaces. Good buy for a fair price in mid thirties.

I get a new pair of these every three months. I walk/run a lot, and in about three months will start to wear the tread, and the inside heals will start to fray. I am quite happy with three months of use out of these for what I put them through.

Perfect for my work

For over a decade of my life, quite possibly much longer, I've been using 10.5 shoes for running and this has been a MAJOR mistake. Every time I start running again my calves, arches in my feet and the front of my feet hurt. I'm not sure why I've always gone with 10.5 shoes but I definitely regret it. After Googling what I could be doing to help with calve and foot pain and reading "measure your feet" I finally caved and was like, all right, let's see. My feet are size 11 and running shoes should be .5 - 1 larger than what you normally wear. I felt like an idiot and so my shoe search began.I chose these running shoes because they're not made strictly for trail but are also good for road/pavement running, looks nice, affordable, prime shipping and has a ton of 5-star reviews.Opening them up they really do look nice, they're light and the quality feels lasting. Unfortunately there is 0 support in these shoes. There's this thin tiny black "cushion" (if that's what you would call it, it's closer to a cardboard cutout) on the bottom of the shoes where your feet go. I tossed them out because I already know they're going to be useless.Instead I had a spare foot insole cushions and I put those in and went for my first run in them and it was AMAZING. 0 foot pain, 0 calve pain, 0 leg/thigh soreness. I ran 3 miles which normally takes me an average of 8:44/mile down to a MASSIVE 7:47/MILE DROP! I couldn't believe it. I mean, I could but I couldn't. I felt so good, which is not something I'm used to feeling immediately after a good run. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF GOOD RUNNING SHOES.I'm not terribly upset about lacking foot support in these shoes. For just $8-$12 more you can buy running shoe insoles. Still makes them more affordable than the majority of other 5-star reviewed shoes. Plus, they're light, look nice and the quality is good. It's gonna last a while for sure. I also just like that they look like running shoes. SO MANY running shoes have those weird things on the bottom that makes them look HUGE on your feet especially from the heal, and I'm just like why. Or they have this "stoney," "pebble," or "spring" look and they're just not my style. These are running shoes to me and I really like them.Also, the day I started running again was the day I developed restless legs and every since I got these shoes, I don't have restless legs anymore. I don't know if this was the fix because I also started stretching more, used TMS massage therapy, along with calve and knee sleeves but I'm also sure it wasn't any single one of these that did the trick but all of them. I'm also sure that the shoes are what helped the most. All these years using 1 full size smaller shoes than what I should have been wearing. My toes are better spread out now also. I don't know what else to tell you. Buy them. Just make sure you also buy running shoe insoles with them as well.

Good shoes good fit but these were not new-in the box running shoes. The shoes arrived in a clear plastic bag labeled Ready to Ship inside an Amazon plastic mailing envelope. Both shoes were completely laced up inside the envelope. The shoes themselves were clean except for some stay fibers on the insoles - from a previous cutomer’s socks and a few bits of grit on the otherwise clean outer soles. As noted above, these shoes are either returns or open box items an definitely should have been labeled as such. There is no excuse for either such an error of omission or an obvious deception on the part of Amazon or the vendor. In this age of abundant scams it is tiring and disheartening to have such practices creep into such a simple transaction as buying a pair of running shoes. I have purchased a number Saucony running shoes over a span of several years and the shoes have served my running habits in good stead a a good price. However, Amazon and this vendor really need to clean up their sales practices - truth in advertising does matter.

Bought for running. I had been suffering from Iliotibial band syndrome and this trainer was recommended. No problems with knee since I started using it. Very good support. Highly recommended.

This is the second pairs I owned. Fits well and very comfortable. Very good deal for the price.

I'm on my fourth pair, they are excellent all-round trainers, great for everyday wear.
