This saved us so much money! My dryer was making horrible noises and we were about to replace it when my husband decided to watch a video on how to repair it. The price for this kit was unbeatable so we decided to give it a try, before buying a new one. It was a little cumbersome to take apart the dryer and put it back together but replacing the parts was actually very easy. Took us less than 4 hours total, including moving it and the extra time to vacuum and clean the interior before putting it back together. There were 4 drum rollers in the kit, but 5 in my (compatible) dryer so we crossed our fingers and hoped that we replaced the right ones. Everything else was a perfect fit and match. For less than $25 my dryer (6 years old) works like new, the sound is gone, and I am happy! Excellent product!

My dryer started squealing really loudly, and I narrowed it down to a seized pulley. I ordered this kit and replaced everything myself instead of spending $450-$500 having somebody fix it. If you or somebody with some mechanical ability, it was super easy to do. My dryer now is super quiet and it worked exactly as it should. All in all the process took me a few hours.

The elements worked well. The only issue was the belt was too short for my application.

I used the 4392067 Dryer Repair Kit to fix my Whirlpool Duet WED86HEBW0 Dryer 05 January. The lower rear roller bore was extremely worn and the dryer was making a racket! I checked several web sites including Whirlpool and they said that this kit would not fit. Other web sites said that it would fit. Upon looking at the exploded view of the dryer, I confirmed that this kit would work and it did! I replaced all 4 rollers and drum belt included in the kit. I kept the other parts as spares if needed. My dryer is now running great again for 3 or so hours of labor and $26.18 for the repair kit. I would buy this kit with confidence for a Whirlpool Duet WED86HEBW0 Dryer!

Machine reference: whirlpool wed8127lc I replaced the belt, drum rollers, tensioner pulley. Used oem spring and pulley bracket as this one didn't work with spring. Catastrophic failure 2 drum rollers seized one blew open, belt ripped and pieces went all over. Drum rollers are noisy and have bad bearings with a harder plastic rubber. Stick with oem. Support would send new parts not worth it.

Rollers worked fine. I used on my Kenmore Elite Lg cap dryer, which has 5 drum rollers and 1 belt tensioner roller. This kit only has 4 drum rollers and 2 tensioner rollers, so kind of a mismatch but the rollers were the correct size. I kept the 5th drum roller in use, added a little lube to it. It was the belt tensioner roller that was screaming, so this fixed it. The belt was too short, so I reused original belt.

My 10-12 year old whirlpool dryer started making a noise like the drum was out of balance. Took it apart and noticed one of the wheels on the drum looked off, got the model number and this kit popped up. Replacing them was easy and the belt and tensioner were a perfect fit - just replaced everything while I was in there. Dryer is running like new - nice and quiet. Hoping this buys me a couple more years with my old dryer.
