Sturdy
Seems sturdy, and gives me peace if mind in case of an emergency. I like the carabiner clips to hook around heavy furniture as an anchor

Piece of mind
Purchased as a hopefully never have to be used item for my son, who lives in a condo with sprinkler system only in corridors, none in the unit itself. His balcony is about 2 stories above the parking structure, reachable in an emergency situation. With several recent condo fires resulting in fatalities this allows for a little piece of mind. Sturdy construction/appears well made, hopefully never have to put to actual test!
