The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this because I had gotten tired of packing my deck chair cushions up for the fall / winter and going and grabbing, cleaning them, and dusting them off for the early summer (I live in the PNW). Given that its so rainy and I want to avoid that transportation part, I wanted to get ones that had sturdy fabric instead. I oftentimes forget to pull the cushions out before it starts raining, so they get ruined quickly anyways! This saves that hassle.The first step was building the chairs. The instructions that came with it were very clear, I took my work day lunch hour to build the chairs (it was quicker than the hour), and it even came with extra hardware (1 piece each) in case something was damaged or lost during the build process. Overall super easy to setup!Sitting on them was quite nice. The bar stool height made getting on very easy, and highly comfortable. The swivel is smooth, the chair itself if comfy and I actually sat on it for 30 min and no issues or change in comparability at all! My wife said the same, and we both agreed we'd rather sit on these stools than our cushioned chairs. I had to transport them from building inside and I will say they are surprisingly light! I could move them with ease, which was surprising because how durable they seem (I am 225 lbs, it held me with some bounce weight tests :) ).

Love it..after understanding assembly and how to put it together it is quite easy..it is a very nice set...sturdy and not cheap metal...seats are comfortable and fit perfectly..

Day is a little dreary to show off my latest purchase, but these chairs are very sturdy, and I love how they go with the table that I already had. They were not terribly difficult to put together but there were a few minor issues. The instructions are seriously lacking. The pictures are sufficient, but I had to study them longer than I thought was necessary for a small package of nuts and bolts. There was also a ton of tension that had to be placed on the last leg piece to get that last leg attached to foot rest/stabilizer. I had purposely not tightened any of the attachments and it was still a major issue. I did get them together all by myself, but I may have to take a nap to recuperate! ;) Still, they look nice with the table.

UPDATE: Based on my review, the seller contacted me and offered to refund the product if I wanted to return it. Since that's not a convenient solution for me, they offered to send me a $60 refund for my trouble. In my view that's a reasonable mark-down for a "scratch-and-dent" type item. I'm increasing to 5 stars thanks to their commitment to make it right.[Original Review]First the good: I got this set on sale, and considering the price, it's satisfactory. It's a bit flimsy, and nobody will confuse it for expensive outdoor furniture, but for the price it's not bad. In my mind, as long as you understand you're getting what you pay for, you shouldn't be disappointed with the quality of this unit. It took a little time to assemble, and the instructions were a bit vague, but it wasn't difficult overall.Now the issue: I noticed when unpacking the table that the instructions were outside of the plastic bag (which is opposite of how it was for the chairs), and the bag was tied closed in a different way from the chairs. I didn't think much of it until I inspected the table and found some significant scratches and marks in multiple places on the finish. The shipping box was in fine shape, so I don't think it was damaged while on its way to me. I suspect this table was probably damaged in shipping previously and returned, then sold again as new. I'm not actually too picky about the scratches and decided to accept it rather than dealing with the hassle of returning it and waiting for a replacement, but I think a lot of people would be bothered. I also think it's a dishonest thing to do...if you are going to resell a damaged item, it should be labeled as such and discounted accordingly.

The media could not be loaded.  Good height and very sturdy. Best part about the chairs is they come with nice padding in the seat that makes them very comfy and better than other similar ones. Looks nice. It comes with clear instructions for assembly and take about 20minutes to assemble both

Flimsy construction. Sharp metal burrs. Ball bearings falling out…… plain and simple- Do NOT purchase! The chair base seems inadequate as far as width is concerned- it’s “Tippy” when entering and exiting the chair- with each exit- more ball bearings fall and scatter on the deck- going to the dump!!!!!I am, however, very impressed with how Amazon has handled this situation! Kudos and thank you to Amazon for your prompt responses and resolution. ( Though It makes me wonder about all the other complaints there have been. )

Incredibly comfortable and easy of use and also definitely value for money!

Assembly of these chairs is simple, as long as you have a third hand, an engineering degree, the ability to bend steel with your bare hands, and a can-do attitude. The chairs are comfy, but they wobble no matter how much you try to balance them before tightening the screws. The color is also not as vibrant as it is shown online. Overall, the chairs are ok, and they will work for my needs, but they were a real pain to assemble, and the color could have been better.Update: The company contacted me about my review. They first offered to refund the entire amount for my troubles. A few minutes later, I got another message stating the first one was a mistake, and they were only going to refund me $50. I told them that would be acceptable. They then asked me to update my review. I never received the credit, so I am not changing my review. I would be tempted to lower it further because I question how good their customer service is.
