The phone is pretty straightforward and works. It is for people who do not want to get involved with high tech stuff and operates like a phone in the good old days of BT. Can recommend for elderly folk like us.

Faulty productcant get dialling tone when ii lift receiver
Phone worked for one week ,then stopped working and now they say its to late to send it back

My mum is 84 this phone works like phones used to work no buttons to push to answer which makes it easy to use.Big buttons so you can see what you are doing.

Is it easy to use?
I liked the fact that it connects direct to the telephone line and so by-passes my digital phones which drop-out if there is a power cut.
