Is the timer socket easy to operate? i'm not sure i can set it up very well.

I had difficulty setting it up but a friend who finally did it for me found it easy to do. Because I use it regularly I leave it plugged in so there’s no need to reset it

One of the Timer Sockets is not responding to anything, what should I do?

Does it show a digital display ? If not it needs to be plugged in to charge the display. If there is a display work through the auto on/off button are all the days selected for it to come on and go off I tend to plug a lamp in make sure it’s switched on if it doesn’t come on but the green power light comes on the timer then press the auto on/off until light comes on then see if light goes off if it does just change the time to the one required
