WiltonCookie Icing, Quick-Setting, No Heating Needed Squeeze Bottle for Decorating Sugar Cookies & Holiday Treats, 7.5 oz., Green

I had never used anything but homemade frosting before. I wanted to outline about 6 dozen cookies with the 9 oz Wilton Cookie Icing. I planned to flood the cookies with my homemade icing. I had plenty of left over Wilton's Icing so I flooded several of the cookies. They looked beautiful and tasted great! I will use this product again!

I’ve seen some negative reviews of this product, but most of them were because when you microwave it before use (according to the package directions), it gets too thin and doesn’t work well. I agree that the directions aren’t helpful, because if you just use the icing at room temperature and DON’T microwave it, it is already soft enough to use and it works great. Easy to decorate and cookies set quickly. I won’t use anything else when I decorate cookies!

Have been buying this icing for a few years and love it for decorating sugar cookies. Easy for my grandchildren to use. I wish it was easier to get the last 50% of icing out of the bottle tho. I typically throw it away when it’s half empty because it’s too hard to squeeze. Dries fast and tastes good.

Loved the convenience of the bottle. Used these to build Graham Cracker houses with my students. One bottle per group is plenty! Excellent product!
