Elegant look
For being plastic, it looks very nice. I understand it being plastic and no worries of corrosion but you would think it could be priced a bit more realistic. Easy to install and functions as expected.

Handle is metal. Face plate is plastic. The instructions are not very clear and the price point is high in my opinion. Otherwise works well.

Cheap and none of the needed installation parts are included
At this price range, a plastic bezel without a new valve or adapters is absolutely ridiculous. Kohler only got my money because I was in a bind and couldn't remove the existing mixing valve hardware at the moment.Do yourself a favor and skip this, or at least be very sure you have all the adapters and pieces needed.

Bought this for my master shower as the old one needed to be upgraded due to old age. Easy to install and looks fantastic

Nice looking but the cover is plastic
Beautiful and matches my bathroom decor. Important to know that the cover is plastic, not metal. Working well so far.

I like the look, but it could use a few improvements
I was looking for a square trim valve to match my shower head. I like this one okay, but it has a few cons. I have a lot of Kohler products in my home, but unlike some of those products, this one is not water stain resistant at all. Disappointing considering the price. IMO the dial icon should also be on the right of the fixture, which is the direction that the handle actually turns. I bought two of these from the Amazon never used /open box type selection, so I didn't have to pay the full price. I had to return one that was scratched. I wouldn't buy this one again due to the water stain issue, but it's too big of a hassle to remove them and pay someone to reinstall them. It does not come with a valve set. You have to purchase that separately.
