My balloon is ill shaped . One side is way too big and it just look impregnated and not giving me a round shape. Dissatisfied

I'm new at this some of my balloons deflated the same day . It said pre stretch so I did not stretch, can someone guide into what should I do bc I have more bobo balloons to inflate ?
