Didn't receive the Power jack for this item
Didn't receive the Power jack for this item 12w adaptor was not available in the same box which is not acceptable and not clear in the purchase time. I have five reolink cameras and this is the first one I am really disappointed with

Its a shame
I regret it. Reolink sells POE cameras in the UAE but does not locally offer POE injectors, which are necessary forThe brand requires that the POE injector type be a 48V Active POE Injector. I looked everywhere for a single or two-port ACTIVE POE output, but the only solution I could find was a passive.I am clueless about what to do now. I am thinking I should return and buy a simple wired camera of any other brand.@REOLINK SELLER: Please advise if you anyhow read the reviews.
