Good stuff
Love this stuff; it is the perfect stevia sweetner that I can use in the no added sugar baking and cooking I do for my husband.

G.O.A.T
I have tried a lot of Stevia brands and Pyure has the best taste. Other brands have a slight bitter taste like saccharin. This my go to for coffee and tea.

PURE DELISHIOUSNESS!
When I opened the bag, I caught the most lovely, wonderful fragrance, like cotton candy perhaps. I think I call it a "fragrance" rather than a "smell" is because I have a bottle of a fragrance oil called Dreams (do you remember when the biggest thing was to go to these small gift/specialty stores where they had a small rack with about 30 different scented oils and they would mix it with different unscented mediums such as lotion or conditioner, or you could simply buy it by the bottle?). Anyway, Dreams smelled like sweet, like... okay, you get my point! PYURE not only smells Dreamy, but it tastes SO Wonderful! I think it tastes better than sugar, and way better than any other Stevia Blend I've had... Truvia and Sweetleaf are the two that I've had, so granted I've not had tons, but Now I Don't Need To! I was reluctant to try a straight Stevia because of the aftertaste, which I have experienced from time to time, especially because I like my coffee Really strong so there's that bit of bitterness I may get. But With Pyure, There is No aftertaste at all! I buy plain yogurt and do the flavoring myself with, of course, Pyure, and maybe some Wild Foods Organic Vanilla Bean Powder and some Frontier Vietnamese Organic Cinnamon, Viva Labs Organic Cacao Powder & Island Fresh Organic Coconut Oil... OMG, IT IS SO DELICTABLELY DELICIOUS & SOOO LOW IN CALORIES!! I will be using Pyure in my Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Coconut Cookies made with Almond Flour... I'd send you some, but most likely I will eat them all before you even have a chance to ask! One comparison I would like to make, also, is Monk Fruit Sweetener: Pyure is supposed to be double the sweetness of sugar, while Monk Fruit says it's 1 to 1. MY palette says the opposite. Hm. Well, I have always been somewhat... unique? Luckily I bought 1 bag of each (& Pyure was about $5 less), and when it really comes right down to it (at this point), it Only Matters What I Like! However, I will taste as I make & bake, and for a truer reference I will have a few friends taste them for their opinion. So, until Then... Sweeten Away And The Same You Will Weigh!

Really tastes like sugar!
I am amazed at how good this tastes, really! I have tried so many sugar substitutes over the years and I have not liked or just tolerated most of them. This one is really tasty. So far I have used it to sweeten iced coffee, hot herbal tea, iced tea and oatmeal. Those are the things I bought it with the intention of using it for; I probably will find other things I will use it for. I don't have plans to use it for baking. I rarely bake, and I would just continue to use sugar for the little bit of baking I do. I like that this is a granulated product, that is what I wanted to try this time, rather than those little packets. I don't find an aftertaste at all. Be sure to read the label. This is not an equal measure to sugar, so if you do not adjust your usage, you will probably not like it. I add, taste, and add more if needed. It didn't take long to figure out how much to use to get the sweetness I like. I really like my iced coffee, tea and oatmeal quite sweet, so I use too much sugar. The calories really add up to a ridiculous amount. This will really help, especially since the taste is so good I won't mind using it. I'm so glad I tried this brand. I don't really mind the price, since you use less than regular sugar, so the bag will last longer than it looks.

Very sweet, no blood sugar spikes. You use far less than sugar
The intensely sweet scent caught me as I opened this package. It is far more expensive than sugar, but that is good! Being expensive means conservative use- and, this blend is great for that. It is twice as sweet as the cheap, abundant table sugar no one should want to use (hello, empty calories, metabolic syndrome, cavities...) So, start small. A serving is 1/2 a teaspoon. Use only 1/2 a teaspoon, leveled. Taste your drink (I started with 1/2 cup ground coffee brewed in 60 ounces of cold water. I then measured out 6 oz of hot brew. I added 1/2 a tsp of this blend, and tasted my drink. I then added another 1 ounce of hot coffee. This Pyre blend is very sweet.) Once you know how much to use, in your coffee, or your tea, or your oatmeal, you can begin to adjust for larger recipes. This alternative to sugar will not replace the volume needs for baking quick bread, nor can it be used for yeast bread, because it doesn't feed the fungi. It does brown because of the erythroil, so, to get a nice, crunch strussel topping, mix your oats, butter a single teaspoon of molasses, and this erythroil-stevia blend, and spoon on top of your coffee cake. You're going to have to use another sugar alternative for the batter, but those replacements don't brown well.It takes talents, those gifts of ability given from God to bake and cook well. It takes serious dedication to deviate from the gold standard of sugar, because, let's face it- we have to know our oven, our pans, our timing... AND we have to know how sugar substitutes react and behave. Grandma's banana bread always turned out so wonderful because she knew her ingredients- we get carmel because sugar browns! We want that brown, and we can get it with this good stuff, if we tweak and use trial and error. But let's start small. Coffee first. Measure accurately. Remember, this stuff has that Sugar Alcohol Erythroil. Ethrytoil is very good at giving me a volcano sounding tummy, so I must use moderation. This Pyre stevia blend is wonderful because it requires so much less. In the end, it's affordable, doesn't affect blood-glucose levels, and, it tastes excellent. If you just need a rush of sweet, open the bag, and smell! The bag itself closes very well and easily. An excellent product! I'm really happy with this. Yes, I'll buy it again, but in a bigger bag, for more affordability. Now, time for more coffee.
