Feeling relief instantly
My nose has been so dry and sore no matter what I have tried. I received this about a week ago and it has been a game changer. My nose isn’t sore not bleeding anymore. I highly recommend this to anybody who’s having difficulty with this issue. I had instant relief as soon as I started using it.

Wildly overpriced, doesn't clear nose but does soothe well
- Made in USA, sourced globally- A slightly runny gel- Expiry May '25On of the box claims is helps relieve nite time stuffiness. I haven't found that to be the case, even a little. It says no fragrance and that's true but that doesn't mean it has no scent, it just means they didn't add anything specifically for smell. Its natural ingredients have no odor in the tube but once in the nostrils, it's a horrible warm black licorice type smell. Not excessive so I can get used to it but not at all pleasant to me (but I've always hated licorice).Still, it's a very solid 4 stars for me because it's doing a very good job at its other claim, soothing dry, irritated nose tissue.I use a cpap and have a high setting. For several years I used a nasal pillow then found out nasal pillow shouldn't be used at that high a setting. By then, though, it had already trashed my nose. Bloody noses 3 or 4 times a week and the outside rim was always sore and red. Even though I haven't used a nasal pillow for over a year now, I was still getting bloody noses.Using this every nite has completely eliminated the bloody noses. If I skip a nite, chances are I'll have another bloody nose. I'm hoping with some time it'll heal but for now, the red, peeling, sore irritation at the rim outside is gone and I don't have bloody noses. The price is wild and soft tissue like the inside of a nose takes ages to heal so I'm looking into making my own (ingredients are on the box) because I simply can't afford it with the currently trashed economy and artificial shortages driving prices up more. I happen to make my own supplements already and all the ingredients in this are easily sourced but if they'd priced it reasonably in line with its ingredients, I wouldn't bother making my own, I'd just buy theirs. So, effective product for soothing noses, just a stupid-trend-price and doesn't fully meet claims.

The BEST for CPAP nasal dryness
I live in a high mountain desert extremely arid climate. When I started CPAP therapy, I experienced not only dryness, but pain, cracking, crusting, and bleeding in my nose. This solved it—nearly immediately. Please don’t stop making it or selling it! It’s pleasant, no disgusting smell like other products, consistency is nice, all natural. I tried all the other products. Don’t worry that this is more expensive—even in the desert one tube lasts me over six months. Use am and pm. Get it!

Smells like dirty gym socks
I’ve been on the lookout for a moisturizing product for my nose since I have awful, year-round allergies. I decided to buy this product and Ayr to compare.HydrationAyr: 2/5Maty’s: 5/5Ayr was way too thin for me and required multiple applications per day. Maty’s is much thicker (like petroleum thickness) and only needed one application. It also seemed to hydrate my nose much better.SmellAyr: 5/5Maty’s: 0/5Ayr had a light aloe scent to it, but was pretty neutral. Maty’s… smells like week old gym socks dipped in petroleum, plus a hint of sweetness to really turn your stomach. It’s awful.ValueAyr: 3/5Maty’s: 4/5Ayr was much less expensive and had a slightly larger tube, but I’d use more of the product per day than Maty’s.Neither product has unseated petroleum as king. If Maty’s ever releases an unscented version of this product, I’d try it in a heartbeat.

Surprisingly delighted with Maty’s Organic Nasal Ointment
Maty’s was quite the surprise for me. I am no herbologist, so I have no more knowledge regarding the ingredients in Maty’s Organic Nasal Ointment than I would for the ingredients found in prescription or over-the-counter nasal decongestants. But the number of high ratings for this product certainly caught my eye.I have had a problem of marked congestion accompanied by many scabs and blood from what the otolaryngologists (MDs for “ears, nose and throat”) believe was caused by long term use of prescription nasal decongestants back in the 1990s. It was also the cause of the “perforated septum” that I have suffered from for many years. In view of the causticity of most OTC (over-the-counter) nasal decongestants, one of my doctors suggested that I use saline gel instead. I was delighted at how well it worked for a few years, but even the gel stopped working completely, although gel it is efficacious in lessening irritation.Since I have tried all pharmaceutical and OTC meds for this problem, I didn’t think re-trying what has always worsened the irritation in my nasal passages would work any better now. As unpopular as herbal and homeopathic medicine has always been with physicians, nevertheless, I knew I had to look in a different direction. I don’t know if Maty’s would be classified as homeopathic or herbal medicine, but with so many positive and helpful reviews, I thought this was my best shot.My scabs and dryness began to clear very quickly—after only 2 days. After about 6 or 7 days, the scabs and bleeding were gone. I skipped the saline gel for about a week when I used only Maty’s. Now, I occasionally use it in-between if I need extra moisturizing. They work very well together.I realize that cayenne sounds as though it would be caustic to the sinuses, but the amount in the ointment works well. Apparently, cayenne reduces nasal congestion. And my congestion was apparently caused from my never-healing scabs and bleeding from caustic nasal decongestant spray prescriptions used over twenty years ago.I couldn’t be happier about finding a product that actually works for this annoying problem. I hope that it helps many other sufferers as well.
