I have never used a self tanner before but I got tired of being the lightest foundation shade. I was looking for low maintenance, easy application, mess free, and gradual tanning. This product has been all of those things. I love how quick it is to apply after the shower, much faster to throw it on and dry off than waiting for it to dry before dressing. It doesn’t transfer to my clothes, it doesn’t leave stains all over my bathroom. I use the fair to medium shades to bring my foundation shade 2 levels more tan, and to keep people wondering what I’m up to in the winter months to have a perfect tan. I will agree with other reviews that say to dry off a little bit before application. If your skin is dripping wet it will leave streaks, I’ve found them especially around my ankles.Honestly I don’t know how I went so long without anyone telling me about tanning lotions like this, were you all keeping this a secret for yourselves??? Highly recommend this product for my fellow pale people who want some color. If you’re looking for a deep deep dark tan I’m not sure if this is the product for you.

I rarely review Amazon items but this one is worth it. NO smell, NO dye guide (it’s a white lotion that doesn’t leave color anywhere), and virtually no streaks. Does very slightly streak on my feet but using a daily facial tanning water on my feet helps and overall is not very noticeable. Two applications makes for a very noticeable natural tan and only has to be re-applied every few days….Does not leave a gross feeling after you put it on, honestly just feels like a moisturizer and a little actually goes a long way.If you’ve been avoiding self tanning bc of the smell, the transfer, or feeling gross after it’s on definitely give this a go! I wish I would’ve used this years ago.

I've been buying this brand and line of lotion for a while now and while it works great, I think it's been slowly changing a little.Originally, several years ago, it seemed more oily. Almost as if you needed to shake it to mix it before use. But lately it seems more like a standard lotion in consistency, and it smells different too, almost again more like standard lotion.Whatever they're doing now vs before seems to dry a little faster which is a pro, but at the same time, the after effects feel different, less slick. Also doesn't seem to have the same bronzing effect or potency as it used to, which is definitely a con if that part was important to you.I'll still buy it, but I hope maybe the changes are not permanent.

Been using this for well over a year, I use it as my morning shower moisturizer; gives just a hint of color that keeps me from being pale while providing great moisture throughout the day. Super convenient to use, I just slather some on in the shower and towel off - I am a man and not crazy about the fragrance, but one spritz of body spray handles that just fine.

I’m incredibly pale. I burn very easily so I rarely expose my skin to the sun. I thought this would be a nice addition to have in my skincare routine with a little glow. It worked well on my arms (which have a bit of a tan) but horribly streaked on my legs (which resemble glow sticks). I tried three different application methods (glove, hand, semi dry) and every instance streaked horribly on my legs.All in all, I think it would be a fantastic product if I had any kind of base tan on my legs!

No staining of clothes, virtually no scent (unlike most self-tanners, including Jergen's), no need to dry off fully before using it, plus you get noticeably tanner in only one application.However, the first time I applied this, extremely wet after a shower and not paying very much attention, it looked horrendously streaky. For a proper application, I suggest toweling off slightly in the shower so you aren't sopping wet (damp is fine), applying the amount suggested on the back, and rubbing that ish in diligently. After doing that, my second application was great.

I really love this stuff. I used to be an avid sun worshiper. stopped because he started getting concerned about what was doing in my skin and I have a bit of sun damage from all the laying out I did on my chest and shoulders, and I wanted to find a sunless tanning crane that looked really natural that could kind of blend away the sun damage, and maybe spot touch a little on my face if I wanted some color on my cheeks, my nose, my forehead, to make it sort of look like I was in the sun without continuing to lay in it and I love this because as soon as you get out of the shower I just pat dry a little bit and then apply this just one coat. TIP make sure when you get down to your knees and calves that you apply kind of in like circular or back-and-forth motions as well as up-and-down because that’s the only place when you really apply self tanner that it can tend to get streaky, but if you do kind of circular, massaging back-and-forth, up-and-down, round and round motions on the knees and calves down to the feet area, then it blends nicely for my face. I just kind of put it on my fingertips and go cheeks, temples up above eyebrows, and a little bit right in the middle of my eyelid where I would put eyeshadow and touch on the bridge of my nose and it really gives you a Sunkiss look last for probably two weeks and when it fades it just fades delicately you don’t have this blotchy fake fade. Also. It doesn’t look like that silly orange I go medium light in this and it looks really natural and if you want to go slightly darker, you can add another coat but I don’t think it’s necessary because it just brings your natural skin color down about two shades, and smooth out the skin, I put it on in the morning after a shower. I leave it on for probably four or five hours and then I rinse it off. Have to get out of the shower if you put on your clothes it won’t stain at all. I’ve been using this for years and I love it.

I’ve been using fake tan forever (since 1989) and this is hands down the most convenient non messy fake tan I have ever used. I bought Jergens Natural Glow in shower gradual tan so that I could keep my fake tan going during a holiday, I don’t lie in the sun because I don’t want skin cancer/aging/leathery skin. I didn’t want to have to take extra time to tan or risk getting the guide colour of my usual fake tan on clothes and bedding.I trialled the tan before my holiday and ditched my usual fake tan for this. It was brilliant, I showered every evening before going to dinner and applied Jergens. The colour isn’t the best I’ve used but it’s good, the smell is fine too although did seem to get a bit stronger after using every day for a fortnight. It doesn’t colour towels, bedding or clothes as far as I can see.I have found that I get the best most even results if I use a damp facecloth over my wet body to mop up excess water before application and then air dry before dressing.I’ve also used the lighter colour but find this darker shade more suited to my needs.

I love this moisturizer. It absorbs quickly in the skin and leaves a gorgeous glow!
