RPJC11x14 Picture Frames Made of Solid Wood and High Definition Glass Display Pictures 8x10 with Mat or 11x14 Without Mat for Wall Mounting Photo Frame White

I am working on two displays of photographs where all the frames are aligned. Initially I went with a service that framed my uploaded digital photographs but when I realized how much it was going to cost to finish my projects (I had purchased two framed 8 x 10 photos) I decided to search Amazon for frames and photo processing. My costs were reduced significantly (I need 22 frames). Also, the quality of the frames from the service left a lot to be desired and their dimensions were inconsistent and photo processing not the greatest.I found this frame to be very well made and consistent in its dimensions and it comes with real glass. The back is a rigid board held in place by metal tabs that are easily swung into a slot all around the frame. It doesn't come with mounting hardware which is fine by me because I use a specific hardware that holds the frame rigid and can be installed precisely. This means that the frames will never move and become uneven.I did have to search Amazon until I found this frame but I did find that other frames made by this manufacturer are of the same quality so when I need different colors and sizes I stay with this manufacturer.One of the annoyances that I found when searching for frames is the lack of consistency in the dimensions provided. Also, typically, not all the dimensions will be provided or they will be incorrect. This means that projects will not look as you intended. Depth of the frame can be a problem or the width of the frame is not provided. Typically manufacturers provide the dimensions of the inside of the frame which they match to the photograph in case you do not want a mat. Sometimes the width of the mat on all four sides appears to be uniform when viewed on Amazon, but when it arrives, the mat is wider on two sides when compared with the other two sides. Knowing all the dimensions of the frame and the mat solves this problem and helps to prevent returns.I like to see the outside and inside dimensions of the frame, the mat dimensions, depth of the frame from front to back and how much of the photograph will be visible with/without the mat. Then I want the frames to be consistent with one another for my display. Some suppliers provide dimensions that are not accurate and might be as much as 3/8" out. That's quite a discrepancy when hanging a pattern of framed images.Some frames are not made with regular wood but are wood particles glued together. They sometimes give off a really foul smell which makes me wonder if there's a health issue. Some frames are plastic and use plastic instead of glass which I do not like. Some frames us a plastic backing covered with paper. Some frames have corners that have poor joints.I spent a number of hours looking for the right frame and this supplier has proven to be reliable with a quality product. I feel confident ordering 6-10 frames at a time ordering these products through Amazon. I use Amazon for my photo prints also (they do gloss and matte) and you can't beat the price and you can upload from "Photos" or your computer. It's worth the 5-day wait for the prints.

I needed to replace a broken frame for an 11 X 11 picture - not easy to find, especially when I needed to keep the cost down. This was a perfectly fine frame for the price - simple and basic but looks nice.

It's easy to remove the back cover and place your artwork or photograph inside. I worried the mat opening may be too small, but it actually worked out well.

This picture frame is beautiful and well made.

The frame was just right for my picture and it is on my wall.

It arrived looking different from the pictures I saw but it was better than the pictures. The frame is like a gold leaf frame and goes very well with the picture that is in it. Thanks!

It came with glass, which I can't use with oil so I removed it. Looks so lovely on the wall! A nice change from the metal ones, which I also love. These are great frames.

The media could not be loaded.  This was described as solid wood with glass. It is hollow plastic with plexiglass. Strangely, I had ordered this same product some months ago and that one WAS made of wood and glass, but upon reordering, disappointed and angry to see it was made with garbage materials.

This is exactly what you expect. It came quick and I found it looked nice and was a good value. I ordered a canvas painting of A Nightmare Before Christmas and put it in this and boom, nice little picture for my kid of his favourite movie.Only downside is that the frame can mark up quickly but that is mostly down to my kid being young and deciding to carry it around like a Pokémon card! He’s not very bright but he’s handsome so hopefully that works out for him!Actually, I probably should have got him a tutor..........either way, great value!

I wanted to dedicate a whole wall to family photos so I bought these frames. What I like about them is that you get nice uniformity because they are completely square and have large matted space. I also really like that you can put in a vertical or horizontal photo and not lose that uniformity. I think they look fantastic so I included a couple of pictures. I’d like to add that these frames are well built and study. The clips on the back are metal (not that flimsy cardboard that you get on cheaper frames). And they came packaged really well — as you can see, I purchased 9 of them and not one was scratched or damaged. You’ll be happy with this purchase.

The two 11x14 frames came with real glass, except its too heavy for the wimpy hook that hangs on the nail. The hook metal bends, leaving the frame hanging precariously off the wall. I had to hot glue gun the hook to the frame itself to make it stable.The 12x12 frame didn’t even come with real glass - it’s a plastic sheet covering the art. I’m pretty disappointed.

The backing and glass do not stay on the frame, the pins are loose. The frame is definitely not solid wood. Already came with scratches. Worse, there are some sort of black threads coming off the frame. Don't know how this product could have any positive reviews. The only positive is that the glass is not broken.
