Good, but Really Thin Metal
First off, this is really easy to assemble and the directions were really clear. It took about 5 minutes from opening the box to put this together. What really knocks this down quite a bit is the quality. The racks themselves feel sturdy, but the frame is made of really thin metal. Some pieces came off square during transit, so I actually had to bend them back in place, which was pretty easy to do by hand, which also is not good that I was able to do that. The three tier rack is pretty tall after assembly; however, does not have a wide base. After I put all the dishes in, it really felt like the rack could not handle the weight, so I guess you could use it as is, but definitely do not recommend filling this up. If the rack for plates were in the middle or bottom instead of the top, maybe it would make a difference, but do not trust the plates being on the top as that would be the heaviest. Great concept; however, really needs work on the design or you risk loosing a lot of dishes if this gives out which it really felt like it was when I tried.

Some of the nails have shards of iron sticking from them
I cut three of my fingers assembling this item and one of the nuts had no thread to it. It has a spot that holds utensils but there are no cross bars at to bottom to stop your utensils from falling out.

Good space saver
I like that it's three tier so it holds plenty of dishes and doesn't take up too much space. Pretty easy to put together and looks really nice when assembled. Not the best for holding spatulas but other than that it gets the job done!

Cute but small.
Much smaller than lead to believe but very sturdy.
