Dark Ephemera: Scary Vintage Aesthetic Image Collection To Cut Out For Junk Journals, Collages, Decoupage, Scrapbooking And Paper Craft

The media could not be loaded.  I really don't like buying sight unseen items, the only reason I do here is because the easy returns with prime. That being said I gave this book a shot simply because of the beautifuly haunting staring eyes of the lady on the cover image and "the smiling spider" by Odilon Redon. Some of the images inside are happily those of Hieronymus Bosch, William Blake, and many many other well known alchemical, dark religious, satanic, demonic, witchy, astrological, and much more, creepy images. I am pleasantly surprised they are not tame, lame or cutesy as alot of these i have come across. It may even be too disturbing a book for some, although nothing i would call gorey or graphic. Even the ghostly, misty, redone facial images on the opposite back side of the page are wonderfuly haunting and beautifuly done. Im probably going to buy a second book so I can frame a couple of them lol. Oh and all but 1 image are printed clearly (see * below) and on paper that is like that of one of the higher quality crafting magazines if you are familiar with them. Not thick but not flimsy either. Have not fussy cut anything yet but the square i did was smooth. You will need a scalpel to cut full page images though, these are not perforated pages. Only small complaints, I wish the AJ Benoit bat woman painting was the full image instead of just above her chest and up. *And "The Nightmare" is very dark where the horse and demon are very hard to see where i remember them standing out more. Otherwise 99% A++ book out of 100!

If you like dark, horror, "evil" this is it :) I love this so much and is perfect for what I wanted to use it for 🧡 its hard to find "dark emphemera" that's actually decent. Glad I purchased and will again sometime soon.

Made by someone totally knowing their job. Good quality of paper and printing, nice variety of images, printed only on one side so you won’t have troubles choosing which pic to sacrifice.

I assumed these were stickers, they are printed and bound as a boom. Like on a ink jet printer.

Don’t waste your money on this book. The images are very poor quality in my printer could’ve printed them out way better than this book has. What more is the images are so small how am I supposed to use them in a collage? Because that’s essentially what is it’s for right?

The description said usable, but for what? Water damage throughout, all pages have folds and dings. And I had to pay to ship to me-return is free, but I’m out $4 for shipping.

The media could not be loaded.  I was not sure whether to buy it or not due to the fact that there's little information on Amazon's product description. The book is quite nice, just by looking at the cover you can have an idea of what kind of content this has. You can find images of the occult in your scrapbooks and dark journals haha themes like devils, skeletons, magic, etc are covered with very nice illustrations. You can also use the back part of each page. Overall this book has good-quality prints and a smooth-looking cover. My parcel arrived well and on time. Would recommend it for sure ;)

Great ephemera, wish I'd had this for the last Goth journal I made.

Loved how eerie and unsettling the images create. Perfect for paper craft that requires that touch of darkness.
