LT1045 Belt Compatible with Cub Cadet MTD LT1046 LT1042 LT1050 SLT1554 954-04118 754-0461 954-0461 Lawn Mower Deck Drive, Transmission Drive Belt Replacement 1/2" x 122"

My old Cub Cadet LT1046 belt was beginning to show signs of wear, so I purchased this "replacement". I got it on to the deck pulley's with no trouble, and for the most part it has worked. However, during use every so often it falls off. I've made no other modifications to my mower, so I can only conclude that there is something about the design specs of this belt that are not completely compatible with my mower (i.e., perhaps the "V" design is different by a few degrees). I will either replace this new belt with the old one, or search for another manufacturer's replacement. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Mistakenly bought this as the part number came up as the replacement part for my 2006 Cub Cadet LT 1045. If it comes up for you, know that this belt is a little too big and kept coming off every couple of minutes. I ordered one that was 118" long instead and it was very tight and difficult to put on, but stayed on for the entire 90 minutes needed to mow the yard. Therefore, I am sure this product is OK, but not the fit for what I needed it for.

This is exactly the belt i needed for my 2007 Cub Cadet i1046 Lawn Tractor. It fit perfectly and I am very pleased with the quality. I iwll be ordering another one to keep on hand for the future.

Replaced mower belt on LT 1045 46" mower deck, seems like good quality, fit perfectly. 122" belt. Quick delivery, happy with purchase, time will tell.

little long for our tractor but worked

Have an older mower and buy a belt a year. This one holds up and we live in the country and mow some thick brushy areas and it holds up all year long. Good value for the price

This OEM belt is worth it because it fits tightly with no slippage. I have abused it in high grass with old mower deck and still no squeal. Reading other reviews of non OEM products slippage is an issue.
