NOT continuous-duty; terminal nuts included are WRONG PITCH.
I ordered this "CONTINUOUS-DUTY" solenoid to switch two-way radio equipment on and off via the accessory wire in my van. In this configuration, the solenoid coil is energized whenever the vehicle ignition is on, so potentially hours at a time. I shopped specifically for a solenoid rated "CONTINUOUS DUTY" to meet my requirements.Upon removing this solenoid from the box, my first problem is that the included nuts for the two main terminals (battery and load) are the INCORRECT PITCH! They are coarse-thread nuts, but the solenoid studs are (standard for solenoids) FINE PITCH.The more important thing I noticed was a bright yellow warning label on the solenoid itself that says: "This Solenoid is a Starter solenoid" "If long work no stop will be HOT and caused Short-Circuit or Fire"This warning contradicts the labeling on the website and the box, BOTH of which describe this as a "CONTINUOUS DUTY" device. This device is probably fine as a STARTER SOLENOID, but that wasn't how it was listed on the website or the box. Having the wrong-pitch nuts was also frustrating.

Relay documents say not continuous duty.
Seems to be decent quality relay, upon receipt of the actual part, printed not for continuous duty. Try to mount these vertically with the top of the relay mounted up, see photo for top. There is a heavy steel plunger with spring inside. If mounted upside down, the plunger will fight gravity and bounce on the spring when off (not energized) especially in an automotive or off road / marine application.

Works like a charm
Upgraded my golf cart from an old 1970 electric bar potentiometer system to a new electronic throttle controller. I needed a few of these to help eliminate and upgrade. They work perfectly

Not continuous duty.
Even has a sticker on the side to state that. Apparently I didn't pay attention to the sticker until it quit working from being energized too long
