Precious Moments Snow Much Fun Snowman Cookie Jar

Really wanted to like this. Unfortunately, this mug is A LOT different than the picture that is used to advertise it. The cardinal doesn't even look like a cardinal. It looks like an amorphous robin at best..and the color and detailing is faded and sloppy. Even the color of the bird alone is more of a dull orange than a red and it looks like they ran out of paint half way up the bird's body. The rest of the mug looks OKAY from far away, but if you get close enough to pick it up, you can see the defects of the snowman and the overall paint-job of the entire mug, (inside was the worst) I could see the brush strokes and some places were more of a gray than a black. Again..running out of paint? I mean, come on..It looks like a 2 year old painted it at their local pottery class, fell asleep before finishing, but Mommy glazed it and threw it in the kiln anyhow. (which btw, some parts seemed not to even have the protective glaze either).The worst part is, I hadn't opened the box before giving this mug as a Christmas present to my MIL, can you imagine my horror when she opened it and I finally got to have a good look at it...how embarrassing. MIL was very nice about it but I promised to get her something else and apologized for not checking it before gifting.Overall, this mug is absolutely unacceptable, and until I see proof of anyone receiving anything comparable to the picture shown, I'd garner to guess that everyone who bought this deserves their money back.Just so disappointing.

Quality stinks . Rocks back and forth on my counter. Lopsided as can be. Got this last minute just for a small plater for Christmas. If I return it like I SHOULD , then I won't have a small Christmas plate. I guess I will keep cause just use once a year. I'll put up with it. But this is what you get from China!!!! Wish I could find quality USA made!!! UPDATE......After thinking about this purchase for a couple of hours I AM returning. Shouldn't have to settle for junk.

This Precious Moments snowman cookie jar looks just as adorable in person as on the screen. I am glad I ordered it.

It's cute, but the Robin is not the color shown in the product pictures. It's more of a reddish clay kind of color. It's too bad, because they were able to get the stripe on the hat a bright red, but the bird really is a disappointment. There's also part of the bird on the cup received that isn't even painted.

Not sure how i feel about this item. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughters daycare teacher. The colors are faded and are not as clear and bright as the photo in the listing. The bird has a small chip. And underneath the mug has deep scratches and dirt. Inside looks like there was once liquid inside it with a brown ring along the circle.

This was larger than I expected, I ordered for gifts and am very pleased. The painting design is bright and shiny. Think it will be a cute addition for Christmas decor. I would recommend

As other have mentioned the bird is not really red and differs from the hat band . I purchased these when they were on sale and happy with then despite the color difference

This is a BEAUTIFUL and classy table runner! It turned our dining room table into an inviting holiday experience! I am a snowman fan; we also have the salt and pepper shakers and a snowman tree skirt. The material of this runner is quality, velvety and soft. And the snowmen are well made and pleasing to the eye.

The snowman salt and pepper shakers are very cute but the snowman’s head is rather large and unwieldy for small hands. My set arrived properly packaged, but the underglaze had cracks in it, there was a chip on the little red bird on the hat, and the bottom of the snowman had rough sections which might scratch a table. I also found that the salt, in particular, would clump around the edges of the snowman on the inside. Would not purchase this set again.

Got this for my mom for Christmas, she loves it and uses it every day.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. It was beautiful and she loved it. Only issue I had was it had a couple small cracks in the mug near the bird.
