Physicians Formula Conceal RX Physicians Strength Concealer, Fair Light, 0.49 Ounce

WOW! I decided to purchase this product based on the review of a make-up artist who said it's like spackle for break-outs and can conceal anything. She wasn't exaggerating! This has become my HG concealer.For reference: I have extremely dry and sensitive skin (can only use the most basic of skin care as I have intense reactions to any product containing the slightest fragrance/active ingredients). This limits me to mineral make-up whenever I need to cover up a blemish or some discoloration from an allergic reaction, as other make-ups contain too many sensitizing ingredients that wreak havoc on my skin. The brands that have worked well for me are IT cosmetics, Physician's Formula (their unscented products with hydrating ingredients), and Bare Minerals. I usually gravitate to IT cosmetics as their products are very hydrating and I live in a desert climate, but I wanted to try something different at a lower price point and decided to give Physician's Formula a try. I opted for Conceal RX in "fair light" based on many of the reviews listed here and I'm so glad I did. It's a perfect match for my skin and it's one of my favorite concealers of all time as it doesn't burn when I apply it, the coverage is fantastic (it really is like a spackle for blemishes), it blends so well and sets very quickly. Better yet, it doesn't dry me out and it stays put all day. At this price point and concentration, this product should last for months and is really the only concealer I'll ever need in my make-up bag. I set this concealer with the Physician's Formula Mineral Face Powder in Translucent Light (perfect match). I would describe my skin color as more of a sallow pale (faint yellow undertones) and this concealer blends into my skin seamlessly with a matte finish. If you suffer with sensitive skin and are looking for a medium-full coverage concealer, I'd definitely give this product a try. PERFECT for a minimalist's make-up bag! :)

Now I'm not going to say that this concealer 'changed my life' or anything like that, but there is no denying that this concealer is great. I am a firm believer that you should not have to pay a ton of money to get products that actually do their job. And my friends this is one of those products. The price is great, it last forever, you only need to use a tiny bit, and it WORKS amazingly.Now I purchased this product in the color fair/light and let me tell you it matches my skin beautifully. I have very blonde hair and a very light/fair/translucent complexion and 90% of the time products that say they are fair and light aren't light enough...yeah. But this concealer matched wonderfully! I use it mainly under my eyes because my extremely light skin causes me to have horrendous dark circles. This product covers them the best out of the probably at least 20 concealers I have tried in my lifetime. So give this baby a try. I promise you won't regret it! And if you have a complexion similar to mine, fair/light will work great for you!Would recommend!

I really like this product! I am Irish and have a ruddy skin tone, always looks like I'm either having a hot flash or that I'm blushing - even when I'm not. I used to use another product but they stopped making it (Dermablend) - this is equal, if not better. I apply this before I use a light foundation and press powder - it really tones out your skin and hides the redness. I will say this though, you only need a tiny little drop and for best results (so you don't look like you have a green face) - put a tiny drop on your palm and blend it with a small drop of face lotion before applying it. This is my second time purchasing this product and I'll probably buy another just in case - don't you hate it when you find a cosmetic that you love and then they stop making it?!? I highly recommend this product if you have rosacea, broken blood vessels, or naturally rosy skin - works like a charm!

This product only requires a pinpoint amount to cover a fairly decent sized reddish blotch. I have always had reddish discoloration on and around my nose and no concealer or foundation would ever fully cover it or last all day. This corrector does the job! It is very opaque and it does dry quickly so you need to act fast when applying. I’ve actually started to mix it (in equal amounts) with a much thinner corrector in a different brand - that seems to buy me a little more time when applying and it also smooths on a little easier. This corrector should last for years because it requires such a small amount to cover adequately. The only drawback is, because it IS so opaque and dries so quickly, it can be a little difficult to work with; a little practice is needed and a good blending sponge helps. I would definitely recommend this corrector for coverage and long-lasting quality.

This is without a doubt the holy grail concealer! I have oily skin and psoriasis that often affects my eyes, and this product does not cause flare ups, and also hides my oiliness! Compared to other more expensive products (of which I've purchased many) this one provides the best coverage, blends well into foundation for contouring, and completely hides blemishes, dark circles, all the things we prefer weren't there! As a nurse, I often work 12+ hours and it looks the same when I get home as when I put it on! This picture was taken in natural light, no filter, and is primarily on my eyelids under my shadow, and under my eyes down to just above my cheeks. Applied easily with a blending sponge, and is truly full coverage! No layering needed, but should you chose it does layer well if you're working to highlight or working on an exceptionally problematic area! Look no further for your concealer needs!

Es demasiado claro. Sí quita lo rojo pero deja como fantasma aún con maquillaje encima. Para no desperdiciarlo primero mezclo una gotita con maquillaje de mi color o un poco más oscuro y me pongo en lo rojo de la cara y difumino bien. Después me maquillo y ya se ve mejor.
