I used this guava paste to put into my Rosca de Reyes (Kings' Cake) for Epiphany this year. It has a tart and fruity flavor profile, and is a perfect complement to the sweet dough of the rosca. It comes in a firm block, but able to be sliced easily. I cut the block into "sticks" and placed them on the rolled out dough, then rolled it all up like a log, then shaped the "crown". The result was a delightful taste surprise when eating the cake! I will order this again next year!

This is a great product and a really great price when it's on sale also. I use it to make quava pastry. I prefer to refrigerate it before you just so it's a bit firmer but the taste is great.

aquired taste but also i like itespecially after learning it goes well with cheeseif you dont enjoy it try it with cheese? o:also!!!! the packaging might have some leakage or something. idk if it was a leak or how it was sealed but there was paste on the outside but the stuff inside was fine????anyway!! i say put it in a plastic sealable baggy and refridgerate after opening! i cleaned and dried the package before opening then set that opened thing in a sealable bag 🤷🏽bon appétit 🍈🍋🍓🍑🍌🍐🍒🍅🥑🍇🍎🍉🍏🍍🥝🥭
