Although I have yet to finish the door installation, anything past this point will reflect far more on me than the product. Because I did not feel the need to sign for delivery, the sellers delayed shipment for weeks: however, the door was not billed during this delay. The door arrived inside a box upright on a pallet: the carriers damaged the supporting framework on the pallet but the door was unscathed. Score one for National Door!Alas, the door was damaged by mangled clamping (during assembly by National Door?) that left an inch-long dent on the inside panel near the bottom hinge. While that could have been repaired with some Bondo work, since this will be a back door I just went heavy on the brush marks in hopes of distracting attention away from the dent. Sealer residue was left on the window trim and styrofoam beads still clung in the panels' nooks and crannies.I'm a little disappointed that I won't be able to show off my new door with pride, but it should be presentable and functional, and that's what really matters to me.

This door was relatively easy to install. For our particular door frame, it took a little size adjustment, but it was pretty user-friendly. Looks great and also paints easily. A good purchase.

The deadbolt hole did line up for standard hardware. The pre-drilled hinge holes and door knob hole did not line up for a standard door frame. Don't attempt to use for an existing door frame unless you have a fully stocked workshop and enjoy carpentry and metal work. Fortunately I did. Other than that, the door is fine.

Beautiful door! Have an old house with narrow doorways and this was perfect replacement door. Looks pretty and feels solid.
