Microsoft Office 2019: In Practice With Simnet Access Card Spiral-bound – January 1, 2019

If I could give it a negative star I would. Purchased the book with the access code per the description! Received it and tried to activate it for class , after spending an hour on the phone with simnet they advised the code had already been used. I have tried to contact seller and surprise no response. I want a refund immediately!!

I purchase this book because the description of the product said that the SIMnet access code was included. After receiving the book and trying to access the code I found out it was already used.
