Better then the last few volumes, but still not going anywhere
I am hoping the author has a plan for the endgame of this series, but at this point I am not seeing it. The events of Santa Claus (13) are IMO an Anticlimax that was started in book 10, and carried over into books 11 and almost the focus of book 12.. only to get some answers and maybe a weak conclusion to the events in books prior. At this point I am along for the ride, for those possibly looking to get into this series stick with it until the end of book 7. After that books 8 and onwards spiral into meh.
