Makes the BEST BREAD I've Ever Eaten....
The bread made from this "strong" flour is the softest, fluffiest bread ever!! I'll never use any other flour for bread making if I can avoid it....

Works well. Can't get strong flour in grocery store. Yeasted Bread came out good.

Had an odd taste
Used this on my bread making machine and came out with a really odd taste even though I followed the same recipe as I always do with the more basic brands of strong flour.
