I have several older vehicles, and have the hope I can do most of the minor repairs and maintenance. I normally get Chilton books, but only Haynes was available for my 79 Bronco. This book is good for referencing parts you may need. But, is not of much use if you need to use it as a repair guidance manual. For work I needed to do, I ended up going to YouTube to find videos people have posted.Overall I am disappointed in this book/manual. I found it of little use in helping me so far with repairs I have needed to do.

You’d better not need too much help if you plan on using this Manuel to instruct you on much of anything beyond torque specs.

Very meh. It glosses over details during repair/maintenance steps that are essential to doing the job. The illustrations are sometimes helpful but often lacking detail. It is a useful reference for fluid capacities/types and the electrical system wiring diagrams are helpful. This manual is ok if you already have a basic working knowledge of vehicle maintenance. I bought another of these manuals (for my old Dodge) several years ago when I started working on trucks and it was utterly useless. I was hoping for better out of the Ford book and was disappointed.

La información más bien parece un resumen de cómo operan las piezas y no especificamente la parte técnica que profesionales dedicados a esto como un servidor necesitamos para mejorar en las labores de reparación o reconstrucción.

I bought it for my husband who is rebuilding the motor in his 1975 Ford Pickup. It had everything he needed in it to complete the job.The shipping and length of time of delivery was reasonable considering it came to Canada from Britain.

Es un excelente manual para consultar dudas técnicas de las picks ups. Contiene bastante información técnica y procedimientos para realizar reparaciones y mantenimientos preventivos. Sugiero que los diagramas eléctricos sean a color.

I had expected to wait a while for the book, and lo and behold: it was in my mailbox in a few days! Haynes Manuals do not need any further recommendation: they have proven invaluable over the years.
