This is the easiest to use, and the easiest to clean! And you don't tend to scrap your skin at all when trying to get citrus zest. It's fast and efficient! I love it!

Very high-quality! Take care of grading Parmesan cheese like it’s nothing! You can run your hand over the blade and not get cut, but yet it can fly through a block of cheese. Very strongly built.. highly recommend

I don't like to accumulate stuff, but this does such a good job! I use a box grater for many things, but this one is easier and neater for the fine grated items. I use for Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.

Grates cheese like a dream. I have used it for zesting yet, which is why I bought it, but it handles well for any of your grating needs too! Nice grip and weight, can lean over any bowl while using it.

It looks like it will work but for smaller products it was a gift for someone else

The media could not be loaded. Impressed with how effortless citruses zest comes off with this tool. In my case, I used it for lemons, limes, and oranges, and only needed to pass the fruits once through the blades, which are sharp, but I never felt like I was going to cut my fingers or something like that. The grip is very comfortable for the hands. It's very easy to position the zester against any surface with the help of the anti-slip rubber at the bottom. But I find it better to hold the fruit in place into the hand, and do the movement with the zester, instead. That way, I can see exactly where to run the blade next, and avoid getting to the white part of citruces. The tool seems to be of a great build quality, therefore, I don't think the steel blades will afect the natural taste or flavor of the fruits and foods you use it with. I'm telling you, I was expecting to put on a workout zesting a bunch of limes and lemon I have at home, or that the zest would stay stucked inside the blades. But this was not the case. Shredding was smooth, and the zest just keep falling in the base. Love, love, this zester. Easy to clean, too.

Love this Deiss zester/grater. It's a great size with a comfortable grip. I also like the rubber tip at the end, so it doesn't slide on the counter/cutting board. Appreciate the shield that comes along with it. I recommend this Deiss zester/grater!

I was surprised to see how long this tool is (I didn’t pay attn to the measurements). When it arrived, it didn’t look like the grates would be sharp enough. I was wrong! I used it to zest a whole lemon and it zested it like butter! And the zest didn’t stick as much to the grate, like you would see with cheaper graters. I love the cover, too, so that you dont zest a finer reaching into the kitchen drawer!
