I use this under my work helmet. Very light weight and will work awesome for summer. Keeps the swear out of my eyes.

I had to pull this down below my ears (almost to my neck) to get it to fit right so I did not like it.

I never knew they made performance beanies. 🤣I always thought there was only one kind of beanies, the soft, cozy and maybe even fluffy kind.When I saw this I thought "cool, this will be good for when the weather gets cooler in the near future."I was confused by the product description as to whether this beanie is for wearing in the heat or in the cold. After trying to understand, my assumption/conclusion is that it's for both. For wearing in the heat, I could see this works well for people with less hair or people who shave their heads or are bald. It will keep your skin from direct sunlight and probably help with sweat. I have long hair so putting this on in the heat makes no sense to me personally. I'm looking forward to using this when the weather gets cool this year (thus 4 stars since I haven't been able to test that out).The fabric feels smooth, nice, and light. Dries quickly. It so smooth that it would slowly slide off my head if I wear it with my hair down. If I braid my hair, there should be no problem.Size-wise, I don't know what size my head is to be honest. I only know that I've never had a problem with things that say one size fits all or one size fits most. Hope that helps.

This beanie works amazing for things like yard work and anything that doesn’t use a helmet. I bought it to wear under my full face motorcycle helmet, but it just made my head feel soggy and actually seemed to stop any air movement.
