Excellent product adds extra function to a regular heavy bag.
Excellent product allows user to add extra function to a heavy bag. You can adjust the height to emulate a taller or shorter opponent's head and throw upper cuts, hooks, etc., Forces user to be more accurate in striking the bag. The strap has some sort of spongy, rubbery type material that grips the bag decently and it stays in place for a few shots but the user will have to pull it down (or up) if user hits it with a few solid upward or horizontal strikes. Still it is better than just a flat surface of a heavy bag and it gets used all the time. The material has held up pretty well despite many solid shots from a 220lb fighter. YMMV but so far it works great and the size of the item is just right as well.

Over all nice but plastic buckle broke
Over all the design and craftsmanship is nice. Only fault I found was the plastic buckle broke as I was tightening it. Replacing it with a metal buckle which should work just fine.

Great Bag
The Strike Foe bag is just as listed- I have had no problems using it - everyday- no tears or rips

Solid feel when hit
The media could not be loaded. I would have given it a 5 star rating but took off 1 for the strap being short and 1 for the strap clip breaking after first time. Otherwise this feels great and solid, stays in place no matter how hard I punch it.

Fit
Do not By this the velcro strap does not fit 18 wide Bage and the strap bucket does not last one punch without breaking and my strap wasn't able to adhere to itself as the fuzzy part was sown short of making 18 width bag

Works fine
Does tend to move when striking but is better than spending a couple hundred on a designated upper cut bag

Great bag, cheap buckle
The buckle broke while I was securing it to my heavy bag. Only got to use it once. The buckle should be metal, not plastic. Pretty disappointed.
