****UPDATE**** This is the worst. Mine broke and when I contacted the company to get it repaired UNDER WARRANTY, they refused too, I spoke to Amazon and and agent from Amazon called them and they even refused to fix it still, so Amazon refunded us for this piece of crap furniture and company is nothing but a crap hole.My wife and I purchased this back in Feb. and after I put it together I noticed that it did not seem that sturdy. Now that it has been several months I can say that I would not buy this again. I realize you get what you pay for and for this item you really do. As it does not seem well made and all the mechanisms in it seem to be flimsy. The metal they use just is not strong enough and you can tell this when you recline in it. Another thing we noticed is that the lumbar support digs into your back very bad, it is suppose to be soft and add support not dig into you and make it uncomfortable. So over all with the lumbar, the flimsiness of the metal and just not sturdy, I would not spend your money on this. You can go to Big Lots and get something similar a little cheaper and a little better quality from them. So don't spend it on this. Thanks.

Fabric is very soft. But the mechanics are garbage. And when sitting on it now, in less than 6 months you can feel the metal bars for the back support. Would not purchase again.

So I got the furniture..... Carrier left the loveseat ON THE CITY SIDEWALK in front of my house because they couldn't get it in the house. My 18 year old son was there to take delivery. When we got home and put everything in the living room we realized that the console back was missing from the loveseat. I called the manufacturer who said that it wasn't in stock there and it would be 6-8 weeks to get it..... call amazon. I called Amazon and they said they would send an entire new loveseat! I would have to be there to take delivery and I could "just take the part I need and send the rest back in the package" Does it make sense to send me an entire new couch just to get a part that should be the size of a shoebox?? Make me be sure to have someone at the house to take delivery and "steal" the part and hope I don't mess up the box to bad for them to take it back?NOT IMPRESSED!Couch, loveseat and recliner are very comfy and seem well built!

This is the nicest, softest fabric and is so cozy. I love my couch, don't get me wrong, especially for the price, BUT:Delivery was a nightmare. NIGHTMARE.The fluff pops out of the zipper every other week and the screw falls out ensuring that we need to flip the couch over, and put the screw back in so that we can use the footrest.The middle piece never initially came with the delivery and when we finally got it, there was nothing to hold it in place. It just kept falling down, so now it's in a closet somewhere.Overall; I recommend this for something comfortable and cheap. It is not awful, but it is not the best either.

I like that it was delivered to my small town but I’ll never buy furniture from hear again. They may look nice but they are not. It came with no instructions, not very comfortable, and was not made well with enough cushion inside, can still feel the hard wood on my legs. The only thing that looked great was the color. Never again!!!

This is the best sofa we have ever bought. We are extremely satisfied with the quality, comfort and sturdiness, I could sleep in this. Really comfortable cushioning and ease of reclining. Very satisfied with this purchase.
