Update: Moving my review to 1 star because the seller was unwilling to help address the broken holster. They suggested I contact the company (I thought they are the company...so I'm not sure who to contact). Also, since my original review, the screen protector cracked while in my pocket (phone is new and has not been dropped or handled roughly).Really like the looks and feel of the case. I am leaving this case 3 stars because I have only had it a few weeks and the holster it comes with (which was a primary reason I purchased this case), broke today.

Received the case in a timely manner, has the typical retail packaging. Comes with screen protector, dust pullers, tiny micro fiber wipe and screen cleaning kit to apply the screen protector. The case it’s self fits the iPhone X perfectly, everything lines up where it should. Screen protector laid down nicely with zero bubbles or pockets. It offers adequate protection to camera and the screen from the raised bezel. My only complaint is the material is somewhat slippery especially if there is any moisture on your hands. Other than that it looks and functions flawlessly

This case was delivered, put it on my brand new iPhone X and loved the way it felt In my hands. However, day one of use, the holster was broken. Thought that it was cool though, zizo immediately shipped out a new holster and had me going for about two weeks Then it broke again.I decided that it wasn’t that important to get another one. Then shortly after, I did the unthinkable. I dropped my newborn iPhone flat on its back. I was thrilled that it didn’t land on the face and shatter it.I was wrong, I flipped the case over and noticed that my iPhone back door was completely destroyed. One drop, one single drop from 2 ft while getting out of my car. One drop, destroyed my phone and now I have to fork out $520 to Apple if I want to get it fixed.Don’t waste your money. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Edit as of 3/20/18Ordered the case back in Nov 2017, but didn't use it until the iPhone X arrived in mid December, so I had it for about 3 months. and the case retaining clip had totally broken off............. for a military spec case to break within 3 months is quite unreasonable.According to Zizo's website, their product have a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty, however if its purchased on Amazon, it is reduce to 30 days. The company rep was very kind to offer a replacement send out to me with $5.65 S&H. But after reading other's review, it turn out the breakage is very common. I will not be seeking a replacement and will start looking for other products.==============Original Review=================In short, I like it and most likely will buy again or recommend to others, mostly because its great customer services.Pro: Great price, sturdy and rigid. So far lucky enough I only had a accident 3 ft drop, its not much but it did its job to protect the phone, I felt it can survive a bigger drop but I am not going to test it. Easy to put on and take off.Con: The first case came with a small quality issue, as you can see in the picture, the outer shell by the mute bottom expand a little leaving a small gap between the outer shell and the silicone impact adsorbing material. Its hardly noticeable, but after a few days its giving a hard time reaching the mute button. Contact the customer service, almost immediately they respond with a few solutions but unfortunately didn't help to fix it. It seems its just a bad outer shell. Instead of sending my just a new shell, they send me a new replace unit immediately. The customer service is great. The second case received work flawlessly.The tamper glass came with the case was magical. You line it up with the screen, secure it with the stickers, clean your screen good, peel it off and run your finger on top, like magic it stick to the screen and no air bubble!! The surface is smooth, like the glass screen itself. The only complaint I have is its not finger-print proof.....one phone call or a few text messages, the glass will be covered by finger prints. It bothers me enough that I carry a cleaning cloth to wipe it down couple times a day. Something Zizo should consider improve it.Lastly, if someone can help me with this I will change my review to 5 stars. The belt clip is strong and will hold the phone in place, but it is impossible to take the phone out of the belt clip one handed. Need one hand to hold down the securing clip, and another hand to take it out of a case. Its a belt clip and it should be accessible with just one hand. Walking around downtown I often find myself putting my bag on the floor so I can take the phone out. If you have a way that you can take out the phone single handed, please share with me.Sorry there were more con than pro, but I still like this case, especially with strong customer service stand behind their product!

I work for Best Buy and I have access to premium case products for all phones at a discount mind you such as(Otter Box, Speck, Tech21, Life Proof, etc...); That being said this case from Zizo is one of the BEST designed and most protective cases I have ever held. I was a little hesitant because the price point is at $18 which makes perfect sense at whole sale pricing but for retail pricing that is considered very competitive. The fit finish and quality of this case is phenomenal and is second to none. It has two layers of protection with a soft yet firm inner core and hard slightly flexible HIGH quality plastic outter case. It has a nice lip on the front to protect your phone when dropped on your screen side. I feel 100% confident that if I drop my phone it will not only survive but still look like a new out of the box phone. Do yourself a favor and get this case to protect your new $1000 IPhone X!

I go through 3 pairs of work shoes a year,tools on a very regular basis, and 3 or 4 Otter box phone protectors. This phone case was made for industrial use for maniacs like me. It is well built to protect your 4 digit phone, and it is streamlined enough to wear with your tux on weekends. I've dropped it several times and it keeps on ticking. Let's hope they start making work shoes soon

As with most purchases one always tends to look at the reviews.....there will always be good and bad, and some you take with a pinch of salt.However, the reviews for this product are not wrong.I particularly wanted a cover incorporating a belt ‘holster’ as s that’s the way I like to carry my phone these days given the physical size.This product does not disappoint in any way so far as I am concerned....it works and even saved my new X when accidentally dropped soon after purchase.....so I am a fan.

This is by far one of the best cases around.My wife bought one for her Iphone 8 and when she upgraded to the X, she bought another. All round an exceptional product

Like the desighn and non-slip feel. The kick-stand is a nice feature.Wish I could get one for my iPhone 6s
