Fender Flare Edge Trims Rubber Seal Gasket worked great. I wanted extra protection between the fender and the Fender Flare. Works great, and looks good.

As others stated, the adhesive primer wipes were dried out. The primer just evaporated through the packaging, it should have a shelf life and better quality control. The adhesive tape on the trim doesn't stick at all. I even used a heat gun on the tape and that did nothing! I put the trim on and it fell off 2 minutes later. I bought this same trim 1 year ago and didn't experience these installation issues. However, after 1 year, 1 installed trim piece came off and that's why I bought it again to replace that piece. I ended up having to buy 91% isopropyl alcohol to throughly clean the vehicle surface and then also buy 3M automotive molding tape to remove/replace the trim tape. The trim piece tape peeled off very easily with no effort at all. I know with the 3M tape, the trim is bonded very strongly now. I had to spend an additional $15 for the isopropyl alcohol and molding tape in order to make the trim stick to my vehicle, this is unacceptable.

For vehicle

At first, the product was difficult to add to my fender flairs as the double-sided tape would bunch up and the rubber would keep coming off. I removed all the double-sided tape from rubber and had no further issues. I’m giving it 4 stars because it looks good and is easy to install, but only after you remove the 3M tape.

Used on bushwacker flares on Tacoma. Fit well but the adhesive was useless. Had to use an adhesion promoter to wake it up some . Barely got the job done and I have a feeling they won’t stay permanently. I’d think twice bout purchasing

The fender trim felt sturdy and seemed like it'll hold up great. I should have looked closer to it's shape though since my fenders are flush. If yours are at all flared, this would be great. It also comes with a tool to help with install.

This products dimensions are smaller than advertised. The adhesive is crap and does not stick even after cleaning the surface contact with alcohol. Had to put painters tape to stay on the flares but no success.
