SilpatThe Original Perfect Macaron Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, 11-5/8" x 16-1/2"

I only buy Silpat baking sheets bc they are consistently good quality. I’ve owned several that are over 10 years and still works great. These sheets are great for general baking, but if you make macarons, they are a must for clean, rounded shapes that are uniform. It’s also gives a nice clean release on the bottom of the cookies. Only con (for me) is that the printed size of the circles are larger than my average macarons, the circles are 2” large. I like to make my macarons 1.5”. I also bought the “used”, “like new” mat, which saves some money but are in great conditions without any visual signs of use. Highly recommend the “used” version.

I use this for everything, not just macarons - just don't use it under the broiler! I did without thinking, and it took a while for the burnt bits to come off. Used properly, it saves a whole lot of scrubbing and frustration getting baked goods off. I find it's also much nicer to make granola on this instead of parchment paper.

The one shown is the perfect cookie mat. The circles are a different size. Even my order history pucs have been changed. There are fewer circles and different sizes. Every review is for the other. Deceiving. Perfect Macaron by Silpat has 20 circles. This a different product being substituted. The original is great and a perfect size.

I love to bake cookies and I have several of this silpat mats and they are fantastic.

I just started learning to make macarons and have studied a lot of videos before my very first attempt. A lot of people say that you get the best results using parchment paper, but I really wanted something with a clear template. I prepped all of my ingredients as I waited for my Silpat to be delivered the same day and immediately started baking after my package was delivered. OH BABY!! My macarons turned out amazing!! It came off the mat so easily and the bottoms are perfectly smooth. I just cleaned my kitchen and getting ready to order another one!!

Great product! My macarons didn’t stick, it’s easier to get uniform sizes, and it’s easy to clean. Only downside is that it only has one size circle, and it produces cookies a little bigger than I’m used to making. I haven’t heard any complaints from those eating them, though. 😊

I absolutely love these sheets for making macaroons.

I have three of these mats to use when I bake macaroons and they are great. It is so much easier than parchment paper and the macaroons bake with no issues on these maps. If there ever is a mess up it’s because I was off on my recipe, but not because of the mats at all.
