what heat sink is with chip? (if there is one)

No heat sink or cpu cooler - Intel believe that anyone who buys an unlocked "K" version of this chip will use a third party cooler anyway. You'll need at a minimum a Coolermaster Evo 212 or equivalent.

Has anyone used this successfully with Windows 7, or are finding problems?

This i7 7700K will not be supported on Windows 7 - you will be warned that your hardware is not supported and you not receive any further windows updates at all - and you will receive occasional nagging warnings too. Do NOT buy the seventh generation Intel chips if you want to continue to use Windows 7 till 2020 (when that will not be supported either!)... I hate the tech world for this sort of redundancy - such an irresponsible waste... maybe I can tile my bathroom with these old CPUs in the future!
