I got this pitcher today and believe me, when I say I've tried many methods of water purification, I really have tried them! So to have a half litre mason jar of this water and have the most wonderful taste and effect on my body, I think I've found nirvana :D. I used to drink plenty of water but after surgery seven years ago, I had morphine that made me sick and dehydrated. So I drank water to help but since then, I've associated drinking water with sickness. The worst of it is that I've aged and feel rubbish a lot of the time, just because I'm dehydrated and can't face drinking plain water. I've tried so many ways of cleaning water so I can actually drink it without feeling nauseous, including distilled water. This is definitely The One. It tastes sweet, smooth, purifying and just lovely! I'm not sure about all the ways they say the imprint is changed but frankly, I don't care. I've tasted alkaline water but this particular one has something extra. Whatever it is, I just love it!

After purchasing this item along with a replacement filter, I made the mistake of using the replacement filter first. The 1st picture shows the ph value of my bottled water before using the filter & in the 2nd picture it clearly demonstrates a significant increase in alkalinity. However, after swapping the replacement filter with the original filter that came with the product, there is clearly no change in ph value & still shows the ph as being acidic. This makes me doubt the consistency of the filters & I am considering returning for a refund

I am impressed with this 1 Alkaline water jug. It raises PH of water by 2 points definitely. I was skeptical about the high claims of this product but I was happily proved wrong. After setting up my jug following the instructions I went about testing different PH levels of water before and after being filtered using a calibrated water PH meter:Tapwater before filtering 7.3, after 1 Alkaline filter 9.3.Bottled mineral water before filtering 8.2, after 1 Alkaline 9.9.My aim was to get in the 9-10 PH range and I am pleased to say this 1 Alkaline jug is excellent for the intended purpose. There are so many health benefits of drinking Alkaline water and this provides this.The product is of the top quality and looks amazing to go with the fast delivery. It has a filter indicator on the jug which shows when the filter needs to be changed which is so simple to use.

The water jug itself is a great size and holds approximately 3 litres of water, however this is where the benefit ends, the jug came with a single filter which worked ok for 6 weeks, i changed the filter for a new one which has not worked properly at all, the water doesn't filter through as it should and takes hours to rub through. For a £10 filter this is poor and I am far from impressed, i am going to buy one more filter and give it one more chance before I make a direct complaint to the manufacturer.

This has been great so far, although had to get used to the taste. Definitely helpful to improve quality of tap water and helps with stomach issues. So far only filter available for sale is £9.95 plus £5.95 postage - just for one!

Love it !!!It looks very good and easy to use . Just done the test on mineral water where the ph is just about 6.5 and it did turn it in to alkaline PH 9.9. cartridges are just about £10 , so good deal for sure.

Brilliant - increased the Ph of my tap water from 7 to 10 - although does not fit in the fridge door I was after a jug close to 2 litres so I know how much I am consuming each day
