Ideal for model making.
Nice clean cuts every time, the saw is very this bladed and cuts well.Just make sure the bade is kept straight when cutting or it will cut the mitre block.

perfect for my model boats
works well and cuts perfectly within the pre-cut slots. However the bottom needs the anti-slip bar when holding it against a desk to be longer as it does tend to slip, maybe twice as deep, or small anti slip feet could prevent this. Would recommend and would buy again.

Best mitre box for modellers.
This mitre box is a gem and a great help to me as a model maker working with small section timber, plastic and soft metals. The box comes complete with a razor sharp slit saw which exactly fits the mitre slots.The slots are only 0.305mm or 0.012 inches wide. Three cutting angles are provided at 90, 60, and 45degrees.At only 6 1/2 inches long this box is a must have for modellers and the hobbyist

Surprisingly good
A simple plastic mitre that worked well. What more do you need. The mitre block has an adjustable stop and the slots tight enough to accommodate a razor saw. I like the block being in plastic as this does not damage the saw. The razor saw supplies was 32 TPI, too course for my needs, but that does not take away from its usefulness. Both the mitre block and saw are good enough for model making.

The depth of cut is relatively small but the saw is very fine and really sharp. Picture frame finished with great results

This product was okay
This product was okay but it a bit flimsy and easy to break. The saw is fine I mostly had problems with the box. But it arrived quickly.

Look elsewhere and spend slightly more or else you will be buying twice
I returned this back to Amazon after a week or so use because it was not very good quality. It had early promise with the initial mitre cuts turning out well. Unfortunately, the mitre box plastic is incredibly soft and gets chewed up by the saw, widening the guide grooves and even trying to create brand new ones you don’t want. I found on mine too that although the razor saw blade itself is very good, it did come loose from the handle and pull free all too easily. I returned the set in favour of a separate razor saw and aluminium mitre box.
