Not fit for purpose
I've used this mascara for many years, but unfortunately, this one I've bought recently from this seller was very dry and unusable. I asked for a refund because it was not fit for purpose and despite the site telling me I could return it within a set time, I was informed that no refunds could be given. I suspect this is old stock or substandard stock, and is not fit for purpose.
