I use it with infallible matte and had no problems but remember the primer is matte too so if you don't mind that like me go for it if u want one more hydrating to be under the foundation just get a different one like the infallible shots they have a few to choose from I use the pore refining one... Yes I think so. My skins dry but when I use this it makes my skin feel lovely and velvety.

Do you use this before or after face sunscreen?

Don't use it before, as you will lose the mattifying effect, but you can apply it after - personally, I mix it with my sunscreen, in the palm of my hand, then apply to my face - it works very well that way, and still mattifies the skin. It's an excellent product.
